Imperial City is on the verge of crashing; rubberbanding and action bars freezing.

Me too; I think the server might be down because I can log into other servers--just not Freedom.

I'm using Windows 7 64 bit, and had the same problem. I discovered I had to right click the program icon and run the installer as administrator. It wouldn't automatically update, either, but I just downloaded the new version and installed that the same way.
