  1. Cobalt looked at Tam and a confused expression crossed her face. "Out of Montressors? If you by out on a field trip when this [censored] happened then yeah you could say that. How do you know?"

Tam's appearance was altered be unrecognizable, but a pattern matching program running parallel to her brains own memory search found enough matches in the voice and other characteristics to come to a conclusion.

"`Tchyo za ga`lima!"* Cobalt shouted. "Tammy?"

((* Basically Russian for 'What the [censored]?'))

Isnt that what the RP forum is about? entertainment?

In this case you appear to be confusing RP with fanfiction.

    THE BIG MISTAKE.

On the Tenth day of Christmas, the gaming gods gave to me,

    Ten Sappers Sapping!
    Nine Tsoo Sorcerers!
    Eight Madness Mages,
    Seven Fiends Fighting,
    Six Morts a-rezzing,
    Fiiiiive Super Arachnoids!
    Four Master Illusionists,
    Three Nerva Spectral Lords,
    Two Air Thorn Casters
And a Sapper in a Devouring Earth Treeeeee!

Wait, Sappers are used twice there. Maybe we can stick a Succubus in the tree instead.
  4. The sudden change of scenery was disorienting and as such Vern's question didn't register at first.

"So what happened to you then...?"

"When you just took off? The ship left but I didn't. Apparently this construct of yours is acting like a time-bubble for me. I can't exist outside it so it won't let me exit until the timestream is restored to its original course. I'd appreciate it if you can hurry on that, I don't want to spend the rest of my life down here." Cobalt took on a pouty expression as she look around the bridge area of the ship, looking for someone she might recognize.

Her gaze fell on Tammy. "What's with the big kitty?"

((I'm pretty sure I read that Tam Khat was with you guys.))
  5. I'm too much of a dirty harry type to play a goody-two-shoes hero, so I always end up somewhere in the middle. Even my villains are fairly good much of the time, it's just they're more willing to cross lines to get what they want.

Besides, hard to be truly heroic when you fight with a sword. It's amazing my scrapper wasn't locked up before getting to level 5 for all those Hellions he slaughtered in Atlas Park.
  6. "Interrupt anyway." Cobalt demanded. "I want to talk to him and those people now and get me a video feed too."

She sat there for a moment staring at the computer, then her expression softened a bit. "Please?"
  7. Cobalt's temper cooled off quickly now that she was getting what she wanted. She sat on the floor patiently as SENECA lectured her on what had happened to the outside world and what this place she was trapped within was.

Cobalt was not happy when she pieced it all together. "That son of a [censored]! He altered the timeline so much I'm caught in the flux. No wonder I can't get out of this place..."

"Can you connect me to that lizard, Vern? He left earlier in some kind of ship." She asked the computer.
  8. "Yes, just get the damn info!" Cobalt screamed at the computer, throwing a small fit in the process.

    KHAAAN!

Hopefully you were able to remember it all for the rewrite.
  10. "Grrr. [censored] machine! You do what you're told!" Cobalt screamed aloud in frustration. Fine then, give me a list of all major events that have occured on this planet in the last twenty-four hours.

And if you ask for more specifics again I'll reprogram you with a hammer.
  11. Cobalt sat on the floor before what she had determined to be the central computer of the base. A series of cables snaked from various points to a small box which lay before her and from that a single cable lead to a data port on the back of her neck, just below the loosened collar of her suit.

Ok, tell me everthing. She instructed as she began her 'interrogation' of the machine.

((Alright Laz, I'm going to assume you have your reasons for that. Just tell me when you need a reaction.))

((Like I said when I PM'ed you with the idea, because of the nature of the base and the changes to the world I'm treating the base as a pseudo-pocket universe where Cobalt can still exist. The problem is she cannot leave it until the world is restored, and not knowing that she is become extremely frustrated.))
  13. "So where are we going?" Cobalt had asked as the ship went into the light, and a moment later found herself falling free as the vessel vanished around her.

A reflex action quickly found the nearest safe surface to land on and her teleporter placed her there. Seeing the ship gone with everyone else, she was quite aggravated.

"What the hell is going on here!" She screamed as if anyone was there to listen. "I get brought here with no explanation, then someone arrives and explains nothing, then they pull a joke on me with a disappearing blimp! What the [censored] is going on!"

She ranted on as she made her way back to the black crystal ship. It was becoming apparent to her that this place would not let her leave and no one was telling her why. Time to do what she should have done the moment she had arrived: find a computer and make it tell her what she wants. If no one was going to explain things then she'd get her answer by force.

She eyed the black ship again. "Enough power to destroy the moon, eh?"

    They do exist!

Now I have to decide which my Corruptor wants more, a Rikti Monkey or a MekMan.
  15. As a plate of turkey was passed around, Kathode snatched a leg before Rosalind could. "I'm thankful I'm not a dog." She quiped at her.

Cobalt looked at the massive big screen TV she had teleported into the living room after obliterating the original set which was in it that place. "I'm thankful for high-definition!" She chirped.
  16. Cobalt listened to Vern's explanation but appeared to be more interested in the flying machine at the moment.

"I'm Cobalt Stinger. Naga never mentioned a Krayt, she only pointed out Delta Pavonis on the star chart. I thought maybe you two related since both lizardly."

"I was zipping about Paragon Siren's Call when suddenly I'm here. Long time since teleport malfunction, and the mantle is way outside my range. Your landlord must have brought me here and I want to know why."

"I also want to know what that is?" She asked, pointing at the vehicle. "And who are you all?" She asked the others.
  17. Cobalt was instantly intrigued by Vern. "Ohhh!" She muttered as she ran out and went up to him for a closer look. "Talking lizard thing! What are you? Are you related to Naga? Or even same species? Who is this landlord? Why'd you build this down by the mantle? And who are the rest of you wierdos?" She asked without taking a break in between each question.
  18. Cobalt was getting annoyed at the lack of an answer. She looked over the odd group of people standing in the center of the domed room, some of which had that far away look in their eyes.

"Is someone going to tell me where this place is and how I got stuck here?" She shouted as she hurled a small rubber ball at a random person in the group. She was looking a bit cross.
  19. When the door finished opening, all that could be seen at the other side was a small saucer-shaped robot hovering in the air. It flew out into the domed entry chamber and circled the entire group oncer before returning to the door and disappearing out of to the right side.

From around the corner it vanished peeked the face of a young girl with bright green hair and a cybernetic right eye. "Ummm....hi." She said to the others. "Does one of you own this place?"
  20. As Vern awaited a reaction from the others who had come down on the elevator, he would become aware of a sound of something pounding lightly on thick metal.

Someone was knocking on the giant door, from the inside.
  21. ((Oh can you people just cross over already? I'm getting tired of waiting down here.))
