It was once a PBAoE stealth (i think), but now, its a PBAoE -speed, -recharge, confuse,and its says in the discription that "foes will flee due to the bitter cold, albeit slowly", they do flee, sometimes, so i asume it also has a minor fear aswell

I recommend putting 3 recharges and 2 def debuffs (there's no such thing as resist debuffs ) in Freezing Rain.

Hurricane really benefits from 3 acc debuffs and 2 end reductions should be enough in there.

Erm yes there is. Freezing Rain doesn't lower Defense, it lowers Damage Resistance. I've 3 in Carnis build.

When you cast Freezing Rain you do more damage to those affected, not hit them more often (which is what defense debuff enhances do., make em easier to hit.) Or whatever you want to call them.

It does both, lowers Res and Def.

Also, dont slot for slow in Freezing rain, ice/storm is a god at slow even before any slow SOs. Ice Slick, Snow Storm and Freezing Rain more than slow down anything under their effect.

Slot 3 to-hit debuffs in hurricane, if you get good at it, you can push mobs in to the ice slick/snow storm/freezing rain combo, by running around the outside pushing inwards.

Also, if you use hurricane and Artic Air together with snow storm on a tough mob and push it into a corner, that mob is pritty much gona die due to not being able to hit you, and then once it misses it take ages for its powers to recharge. Plus Airtic Air slows down mobs movement way better than snow storm, so i can only asume that the -recharge is better

artic air wont stop an AS from hitting, but if you can see the stalker before they hit you, isnt that just as good? Granted most pvp stalkers have stealth aswell , but i would think tactics and AA would over come that (i think). Anyway, i have hurricane too

Oh it still works alright, and on that note the Regen aura is worth taking, i can realy see the difference in health gain when its on, with Both RAs on, i hardly see any of the team members health/end bars drop at all when fighting an AV, unless the AV does a big hit, even then i would only heal the squishies just out of safety and not need

Anyway....back to the point of the OP...

I love AP, but then im an illusion controller, PA and Spectral Terror deal with most of the aggro, i heal as much as i want, with the odd AP aswell
