I am thinking of trying expanding the Tanker Tuesday Tour to the Defiant and Union servers in the EU. I will posting more about it on the European Lounge section but thought I would do a quick post here just to check if any of the Tanker Tuesday vets have any objections to me using the name

Ok so I'm over exaggerating the time, but the point still stands, I like the grind I want harder missions and maps Not easier ones! I've been playing this game for to long now to enjoy anything easier. I want to be forced to use tactics. Yes an ITF is hella fun (pets Seri in her Roman gladiators armor) but really cutting out missions and making them easier just kills the thrill for me.

Had a fun posi part 2. We did a great job on it. only 1 team wipe thanks to every ones friend the mapserve in the CoT caves where we got sent to Prison cells and had a tuff time trying to get back together.

I did Posi Part 2, we were doing great till near the end where we started to have mapserve and from that had a team wipe sent to prison cells in the CoT caves, hard to get together from there but finally finished that mish, and went on to last one with no more team wipes, almost had 1 on first part of the last mish. Great job guys. Oh we had competition for witty :P

By themself, a leader is worthless, I don't care how much work or effort they put into it.

On the otherhand, get a couple of leaders (in terms of a Hami perhaps 3 at the least) and you're golden.
Again, talking strictly of Justice, but to me, if a Hami leader is doing more than telling their team leaders to get stuff organized, it's a failure. We have plenty of leaders, they know their jobs and what's required.
That's true of people who haven't been considered leaders in the past.
As an example, when I run a hami taunt team, I do the smartest thing possible - I turn it's care over to a good hami emp. That's it, I'm just the cute tank in purple, the real execution of the team is run by an emp, because they are far more suited to run things than I and I don't have the ego to get in the way. Thus, it works.
On Justice, if a leader is worrying about tank assignments or which mito the green leader is targeting, it's a failure - although, circumstance may mitigate this as ultimately the hami leader bears ultimate responsibility, but with hami vets, it's a stupid hami leader who ignores them.
On the other hand, take teaching raiding to another server...even there a wise leader finds and adopts those who would be leaders and still entrusts them with responsibility.
Because a leader who imagines that they can lead their way through everything is a damned fool - as a Freedom refugee serves as proof.
Pum said a while back (and it's something I agree with) - to lead, you must have earned respect. Otherwise you're just a figurehead and when you claim to lead, you'll be undermined by yourself every time you utter that sentiment.. Yes we do get new players that has never done Hami or people who have done Hami take over as a leader who never led before but as long as they have a vet with them to help them out it will go smoothly like last night. 3 CHEERS FOR AWREN'S 3 ROUND NO RETREAT HAMI SPAWNED RAID.

Ok Tanker Tuesday was not a big success as it was in past we did not fight Paladin, but we did stop it from being built. There was 2 teams for PI Radio mish but the teams were not full teams. All in all it was fun.
