Well I never said i got this i just did it as the rest of the team tries to figure out who is going to stealth, btw u mentioned something earlier in the post about teaming up with u? what server do u play on.
-
Well we had enough for 2 teams of 6 eventually, I ran some radios for lower lvl toons, while I think Papa ran some radio a little higher in the 20 range. We didn't get to fight Pally for there was no lvl 50s to get him, but all in all it was fun.

Quote:I agree with Finduilas with the KB prot. Most baddies you run into dose no more then 10 KB. Second off why do u have miracle +rec in hibernate? You do not get the benefit unless the power is active. It would be better in say for instance health. You also got to remember that is a very expensive build there where most can not afford it either.
I realize that some this cannot apply to everyone becasue not everyone has the 60 month vet reward, or for that matter, why there are some things that seem to be missing and not others.
Also, when it comes to Incarnate powers, I must tell you... I have all four T4 Alpha slots as well as T4s in most ofthe other incarnate powers. This is because I have not found the perfect combination of enhancements for my build.
Your build on the other hand is decent, but from experience I have a couple of suggestions:
1. Lose Hasten. Use your autotrigger to activate Energy Absorption. The reason is that even with my slotting, I run out of END on occasion. Slotted Stamina like you have will make it more likely. By autofire EA, you activate it and absorb END more regularly. Additionally, you dont' need to be able to trigger your attacks quicker with Hasten if it means running short of END faster.
2. Lose Tough. Move one slot from somewhere else to Permafrost and plave that steadfast there. Permafrost is auto and you will not have the END usage from tough to contend with. Additionally, steadfast will trigger every 10 seconds and provide protection well into the next activation.
3. Pick up Manuvers. Place it in the slot you got rid of Tough in. Remember, your bread and butter is defense.
I have all these in my build, so look at it and decide how you like it. Also feel free to contact me if you have any questions. -
first off your s/l def is lower then your other def not good for tanks, secondly you only have 8 KB protection, i would lose the endurance in manuvers, and add a KB prot there. and why did u take taunt so late, and don't have conserve power?
-
Quote:Well for your information that is one of the rules. Rule 1 follow the tank, rule 2 Witty must be the first to die, rule 3 blame Rangle, and rule 4 TT is not TT with out a team wipeThanks everyone for coming last night - I had great fun running the Tips missions, apart from the near wipe we had involving some Freaks, some Malta and Blast Furnace (I honestly didn't see them all chargining into the room!! hehe) we were steamrolling through most stuff
Lets hope this is the first of many -
Sorry I missed it but I was helping out with the TTS on defiant. I hope you all had fun.
-
Well TTS was fun and I just have 1 thing to say about it and that is the clockworks did not know what hit them till it was to late. We defeated 3 Paladins as a warm up, then defeated Babbage, and unfortunately just my team defeated the clockwork king on a synapse. It was lot of fun hope to see you guys this coming Tuesday on triumph.

Quote:I disagree about that for I have a SD/BA tank and I use taunt quite often in HAMI, the trials, STF, and many other TFs, and mish especially if there is a blaster/dom that can get aggro and u are not near the foe to get his attention back to you.The taunt aura in Shields, much like CE from Ice Armor, is good enough that you don't need taunt to actually hold aggro. Taunt is never required. It just requires a more active playstyle to manage aggro. Up until issue 19, my Ice/Ice never had taunt (not even while leveling) and I never had issues except around shield users. The only reason I put taunt into my post i19 build is do things like taunt LR in the LRSF, as Syntax pointed out.
-
-
First off a tank with out taunt is like a troller with no holds, tanks needs them. I am looking at it right now though, so i will probably edit it with some more stuff. Ok r u planing on taking it to be a vill? you took the vill pool and only way is if u take it to vill side and do that arc, secondly your Accuracy is over the cap limit. I would lose grant cover and add taunt there.

Here is my wp/kin tank I have it close to soft cap as I could.

My lvl 50 tank I use for all kinds of things and I do not use RoP, or Temp Prot in it. really do not need it. Plus why did u take TP if its for farming? and Hyper why so much KB prot, u have it slotted to 16. You do not need that much 10 to 12 is plenty for a tank. Most baddies do not do more then 10 KB points including HAMI. My fire/fire tank only has 12 KB prot and dose just fine. But if its for Farming i do not think u will need it at all.
-
Quote:Acro only gives like 2 KB points now, as for HAMI it is possible to get KBed if u get attacked by 2 or more of the yellow mitos, which is rare. But 10 pts is good for it. I have 12 pts on my fire/fire tank and do just fine on most but in stutter TF u can still get KBed, States didn't KB me when I did the MoRSF, nor did BaB like they did on my WP/SS brute with KB prot 10. On the other hand sister put me on my butt though.Yep, I tanked Hami more times than I can recall back in issue 4-8; his KB isn't that severe. I've seen fire tankers manage him with just Acro (10 points).
The only things that have ever KB'd my Inv (baring a bug stripping a toggle... happened last week in a Lambda and no, the Augers didn't drain me dry) are unresistable repel effects like the Rikti bombs.
Unless the KB is flagged unresistable an Invuln running Unyielding will not get KB'd. Period. -
Yup and if u go back u can get a badge for full circle.
-
I know that he dose not play CoX yet for he is only 1 years old but Happy birthday Bohm Jr.
-
For some reason my build did not show so I re edit it. Like I said I was looking for damage mostly. Was not thinking of getting close to the enemies if I can help it.
-
-
Guess I will bring the Tank (Little Side Kick My other account) Lvl 50 wp/ss
-
Ok I am not any good at Building Blasters, or even anything really for that matter. I was messing around on mids and like to know what u think I should change something I am looking for damage and acc.

It might of been when there was a couple of mobs close to each other when it happened. Thanks I was just wondering. Dose any one know if there is anything besides ROM on the ITF when he rezes can stun a WP with toggles on them? That was another mish where my brute got stunned 2 times from his rez.
