    I have taken both Spirital, and card on my fire/fire tank Card for long term mish that i need the end, spirital for stuff like hami where I need the extra recharge/self heal.

    I soloed the marin jenkens arc on my fire/fire tank before the incarnates came out, the only AV I had problems with was Diabolique since she likes to run from you. But like said before it also depends on what you like.

    Well tanks are really fun I have at least 1 tank on every serer. If you would like join TankHQ this way you can try to get advise on builds and such, and maybe join us on Tanker Tuesday some times to see how certain ppl play there tanks.

    Min level to get into the hive is level 45 so if you are on a free account (unless they changed it) max level you can get is level 20.

    As you can see, the Brute does almost double the damage of a Tanker in an optimal situation. Consider a situation with a single Rage buff, no inspirations, and 75% Fury for the Brute if an optimal situation is too rare for you.

    Tanker
    Burn: 107.4 base * (1 base + .8 Rage + .95 slotting) = 295.35
    Foot Stomp: 63.2 base * (1 + .8 + .95) = 173.8
    Blazing Aura: 9.79 base * (1 + .8 + .95) = 26.92

    Brute
    Burn: 103.4 base * (1 + .8 + .95 + 1.5 fury) = 439.45
    Foot Stomp: 59.2 base * 775% = 251.6
    Blazing Aura: 9.18 base * 775% = 39.02


    Brute still out-damages the Tanker by a large margin in a cheap build farming scenario with no inspirations. To say that "Tankers can farm as well as Brutes" is ignoring the facts. A more accurate statement would be, "Brutes are better at farming, but Tankers can perform well."
    I have Farmed many times with said ss/fire tanks not just 1 but a few on my Fire/Fire tank and I always out kill them Mainly ppl keep forgetting about rage crash that they do minimal damage for a certain time, while my fire/fire dose not. Granted if it was a fire/fire brute then yes they would most likely out do my tank on damage. That is why I like Fire/Fire better.

    Just remember Tanks do not do much damage, they are the ones that can take a lot of damage and still survive. There is a few tanks that are dif IE FA tanks. And Fin sorry for the confusion I should of said little more on what I meant about the def. I should of said soft cap is 45% and you want to try to get close to it if you can. I was still waking up when I posted it.

    I thought the door prizes were run well and the choice of RWZ was a good one. A Pocket D auctrion would have been impossible to run due to the presence of players looking for teams. It was fun and we look forward to participating in future events.
    Well this was my first time running one and hopefully the next one will be better.

    First off you have nothing in your taunt, you over slotted power siphon you only need 4 there like in my build. Also you need to better your def 45% is the soft cap on def that you can get like I have on mine. I solo a lot on mine with out any problems. I also do lot of team work so it works great.

Try switching the aegis out for reactive armor you only need 4 of them and switch out melee with makos bite which will help you with damage and with def on a full set.

    OK another TTS is done first we fought off 2 pallys. Second we had a sister TF team and a Radio team for the lowbies that I took. There was a few late comers that joined me. Unfortunately Rangle never showed up so there was no one to blame. But all in all it was a good time. Thanks for coming out.

    Theres a few things New Dawn forgot to mention maneuvers and tactics are under slotted for end. They are both end hogs. I checked out your build and you had a few things active that do not need to be and others that was not, such as vengence you had active, while maneuvers and tactics was not.

    By the way, there's nothing at all odd with Shield/SS, it's a very common--and very effective--combo. The only thing that's a bit of a pain about it is that you'll have two powers you want to "perma", Active Defense and Rage. But many, many players have managed to get around that little obstacle.
    Like I said earlier I do not have a SD/SS tank but I do have a SD/SS tank and I have hasten like Fin said you have 2 things you might want to get perma, for me I have Activate Defense on auto click for i would not forget to get KBed. If you do not know how to do this I will tell ya just hit ctrl and click the power.
