Ok first thing is what is it you want to do with this toon? Besides what Big said i would switch out the IO you have in your health to Numa ++, and 1 of the ones in your rage for the perception. You also need more acc in your melee attacks although KC is a great one to put in there you still need some ACC in there, I usually go for the quad mako. I would of taken BA a little bit latter then first level. It is your taunt aura and it dose no good if you taunt stuff before you have any def. You also have to remember unless you already have it the PvP IOs are expensive.

Quote:Very simple he added the +reg to the build which most ppl would either put it in an auto or not at all. That would probably do it.I bring up this post because i'm looking at the various willpower builds to try to gain useful ideas, and i've noticed something strange number-wise. When i open untoldhero's build the totals window shows me an over 1000% regen value,600% of it coming from rise to the challenge only, where all the others builds i've observed have an average total regen value of around 700%. But rise to the challenge is well slotted into all examples, there doesn't seem to be SO much diffrence between them.....so why the discrepancy?

Then it must either been a fluck or a bug when i used it or when i was close to the ground.

Quote:Um ya ok we have no idea what you was playing befor you stopped playing that toon. So in other words it is impossible to tell you what you need to do to accomplish this.I'm bringing back this character after an extremely long hiatus. I need to respec this guy badly. My focus is to run S/L farms in AE and I would really appreciate some build advice in order to accomplish this. Don't worry about the expensive IOs and their sets. Just some cheapies to get me going until I've put together enough inf to start slotting out for the better ones.
To give you an idea how long I've been gone, I stopped playing after Enhancement Diversification. I understand now that using any more than 3 of a specific enhancement is a waste. If there is anyone who can post a build for me that outlines how much of what to put in each power, I would be in your debt. Thanks in advance! -
Problem with that is you will be lacking in acc. I usually 5 slot them with 4 KC and 1 mako with acc in it. although he is already SC for the main things he needs to be SC with.

Well first off i would remove both of the taunt IOs you have in energy transfer and total focus and move those slots to health and barrage. I would move your numa++ to health with 1 of the extra slots for it would do you better in the long run. Then and some acc to barrage with the other one like you have with the first 2 attacks I mentioned. I am also guessing that you are planning on using temp travel powers for this build, just to let you know both beast run and ninja run active your CJ will go un active. If you are going to use PS in stamina and QR you could of replaced 1 of them with the +end and add that to your PP.

I have had used unstoppable many times in long drag out fights and had no problem with it crashing. The key to it is to make sure you get out of harms way when u see it flashing or pop a few purples before the crash and have blues and greens at the ready.

Did they changed something to that? I was on a LRSF on my FA tank and it dose not have fly so I used a raptor pack and burn worked with it. Although this was a while ago.

WAIT WAIT WAIT Warboss remembers your birthday imp but can not remember what day it is with out me or rangle letting him know it is Tanker Tuesday? Well besides that HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Only thing i can see is that you have the PS +end in your EA and it dose nothing for you till you actually use it. I would either 1 switch it out with another or 2 remove the slot and put it someplace else. I would also would of put in the rectified perception in build up to give you better perception.

You do not need the PvP or the apocalypse to get what you want. A few KCs, and a few RA you can get close to SC in s/l def.

Quote:Lol i saw some one with all purples keeps dieing and running out of end and do not know whyWell, that changes everything. Nevermind then.
It's a good idea, yeah. Maybe you might wanna mix up the teams at the last minute, so no one "team" is running with a twinked set of builds. This isn't about "who's got the most INF to spend on purps", but more "who can adapt with a random team to get the fastest time".. I like your ideas as well Might do one of them later on though.

Quote:Look at the numbers KC 4 slot give 3.75%s/l and 1.88% def melee full set of oblits gives you 3.57% s/l def and 1.88% def melee. You can not have more then 5 of the same which that dose give you 5. Rule of 5.I was just looking at it in general. If you aren't going to slot the full set then I think it's better going after KCs. I really didn't take a good look at the build, but since you brought up... OK, you're right about the build having 4 KCs, wrong about the full set of Oblits having the same numbers though. KCs should actually put you at the softcap for S/L.
-
Nice idea then he would be over the cap of the rule of 5 if he did that both KC and the full slot of obliteration have the same number for s/l and there is 4 KCs in it and 1 set of the obliteration. So it would be pointless to put in another KC in brawl.

Quote:Lol I was not talking the character IRON MAN I was referring to like the IRON MAN race. IE up to 3 people to do it. What type of costume dose not matter in it. Me and a 2 friends did a MoITF in less then 20 min. I tried to screen shot it but it did not takeHeya LSK.
One big issue is, "what do you mean by 'Iron Man'?" There are some significant legal headaches for COH when it comes to portraying copyrighted superhero/villain characters (effectively from any publisher with a legal department). "Homage" characters run the risk of having their costumes (and names, if it's part of the homage build) reset to generic status if found and reported. For instance, making a claws/regen scrapper in a yellow and black costumed named 'Wulverine' will get reset if reported.
Having PERC sponsor a contest specifically to emulate one of those characters would be a problem. However, you CAN get around it by genericizing your requirements for the run. Instead of "Iron Man", you can state "fully armored, mean-as-nails robot", or something along those lines. If there's an individual who breaches copyright by copying Iron Man, then that's on them: Your (and PERC's) hands are clean.
Other ideas for "theme night" are teenage superheroes/villains (making them look like kids); Zombie Night (just don't call it "Blackest Night", you get the idea), where everyone takes their established toons and makes up a "zombie" version of them; StormForce, where everyone running should take a Storm-centric power; etc.
Basically, don't tread on the copyright issues via PERC, and you should be good.. But what I am referring too is 1 to 3 people on a team to do a speed MoITF or a speed LGTF to see who could get done the fastest out of everyone that competes. It will be similar to the one that was don on victory but instead it will be a Mo if people want to do the ITF or it will be a LGTF.
