Well we failed the BAF attempt but we did get a LAMBDA and succeed here is the pic of everyone and yes thats witty dead again.

1. Consume only needs to be used once every 2 minutes in order to receive its endurance debuff resistance. Any more than that is just refilling your endurance bar, which you shouldn't need with Ageless.
2. Extra heal from Healing Flames? I assume you took Spiritual. Healing Flames is already pretty awesome for healing, using it every 10 seconds instead of 15 might give you a bit better HP/Sec(and worse DPS), but it's not that big of a deal once you consider what Barrier+Cardiac can give you.
3. I can use the same team friendly argument for Barrier and Rebirth.
4. With that build, before Barrier, your Defense to S/L/N/E is at 40%, and your S/L resistance is at 80%. During the last 60 seconds of Barrier(when it gives the least amount of bonuses), you will be softcapped to S/L/N/E, which translates to a 50% damage reduction. Your S/L resistance will also be at 86% which translates to a 30% damage reduction.
5. You'll most likely be using Healing Flames once every 2 minutes to receive the proc effect. -

I have all the IOs needed including the gladiator armor and shield wall proc to create the build, simply need to buy the shield wall: def, def/end, and def/end/rech to complete.
Edit: Accuracy is currently not a problem, which is one of the reasons I decided to stick with rage over taking hasten. The T3 ageless is more than enough to keep me running and (unless I'm mistaken) a double stacked rage prevents the -def debuff from the crash. Shouldn't be too much of a problem with spiritual and ageless running. -

If you're going to rely on Aid Self for healing instead of Rebirth, any offensive advantage you get from Ageless is null as you'll be stuck in animation quite often.
Barrier not only gives you godmode for a short amount of time, it helps builds reach that critical hard/softcap point. Good luck capping all of your defenses and reaching the critical point of resistance(85-90) without Barrier. -

. The builder I used is from before fitness was inherent so I would have a couple of extra powers, and taunt was going to be one of them, but I haven't used it yet since I have just been leveling, so I didn't know if it needed to be slotted?
I did a little research on Incarnate stuff, and they just seem like they require big raids. Someone had mentioned that as a fire/fire I should do them immediately. Is that because it is easy for fire/fire to get groups, or what; I don't get how my spec affects Incarnate trials I guess...

Try it out, and if the rare occasions where you get knocked back really bug you (and you have a slot to spare), you can get one of the -KB IOs (Karma, Steadfast or Breath of the Zephyr). -

1. when in the air yes it dose and you can get KBed. But if you are and once you get on the ground it seems to go away.
2. No you are still on the ground.
3. That I have not seen on any of me ele/ toons. -

-I went ahead a made a build with a small amount of IO's that give you the most bang for yer buck.
alot of the recipes I used you could probably buy for 1 influence, but the salvage and crafting cost will cost @ 300k each (if you buy lvl 49).
btw lvl50 recipes have a crafting cost of 500k.
lvl49 recipes have a crafting cost of 250k. <--save moneys
also every recipe will have different salvage requirements depending on the lvl of the recipe.
example lvl41~50 will have the same salvage requirements, but that same recipe lvl 40~25 will require different salvage (usually cheaper).

Well first off you will have to make some sacrifice such as the proc in QR you can switch 1 of them for the PS+rec this way you can have more end. Second off most of your attacks are poorly slotted for accuracy. Not to mention its going to cost you some influence to get the build some of the PvPs are going for about 2 bill the last time I checked.

That's usually enough to finish whatever activity you're doing if your standard Jet Pack runs out. -
It talks about a zone event, such as a certain GM or GM's in an area, or certain happening such as a Zombie attack/Rikti Attack/ or a the fires in steal. Some of them you can get an accolade like with the Rikti one, or costume piece like with the Zombies.

I know the problem with those though is if you have a certian mount of time before they run out and you can not just go get a new one when you do. I have had that problem before thinking I had enough time and i did not.

The only problem with your guild rangle is I need HOVER in it for when I do HAMI with him. I do not care if it is at a higher lvl to take. So I did a few things Fin said and changed it a little I took out PP and moved grant cover to that spot and added Hover in the last spot.
