  2. I think we all need compensation for all the bugs they are working out. Not something small like oh here is a costume code for a certain costume but only for a few ppl like last time. But something else entirely that will affect all the VIPs that is on at this time.
  3. The way I see it is working out bugs is good, hopefully they will fix the global chat bug where u go into either a mish, or SG/VG base and have none of your global chat channels up. Also I am an american who under stands the problems that the EU ppl are haveing, and peerless how would u feel if you had to change your global because some one else had it in the EU servers? Tech I understand how u feel about the events not happening on the EU servers, but do not blame the NA servers. I am a member of PERC and as such we have tried to do events in coalition with the EERC ppl who refused to help out. Also I do Tanker Tuesdays on the NA servers, and also we do have a event with that on the EU servers mostly on Defiant/Union ones we made for the EU called the Tanker Tour Saturday. We have been doing that one since the merge.

    A while back i was using LBE & Fly in PvP but wasn't fast enough to keep a lock so I took it out.

    You've got me sold on getting rid of Resist energies, I only grabbed it to stuff a little more Set bonus in the build. This build was my 1st attempt at using Set bonuses.

    As for incarnates, I had started slotting before reading everyone's posts & made some mistakes there too which I've been working on correcting.
    A=Musculature - I agree Spiritual would work better
    I=Reactive - not sure here, maybe gravimetric
    J= not sure
    L=Not sure
    Destiny=Ageless - I've seen a lot of good comments about using ageless

    Fist off sets on toggles do not work off of toggles, second there is a few IOs that do. IE like the miracles, numas do, some don't lick LoTG global recharge. When u are messing around on mids and have a question if it works with toggle or not just turn it on and see if u get that bonus or not.

    Kind of what rangle has said when I was building my fire/fire tank I wanted it to my taste. I posted my first build, and a few people posted other builds. That is the way they like there's. I took bits and pieces from each one and came up with my own that fits the way I like to play him. Yes Rangle built a nice build but like he said that is the way he likes it.     That is true but not every server dose HAMI all the time, plus u have to pay 20 mill for the A-merit not everyone gets lucky on the market or on drops.

  13. Couple of hings first off what kind of farming? Second off why did u only 3 slot your Hoarfrost? 5 slot it with 5 DW. You have lot of imm rez when you really do not need that much. Not to mention kind of end heavy.

    U can not get the PvP via reg merits. Hero/Vill merits it is 30 of them, emporium merits it is 40 of them. Have not seen any on the market for sale, but the last bought in almost all levels is 2 bill infl.
  15. I almost forgot the GA tp prot/def unless u already have it it is going to be nearly impossible to get unless u PvP for it.
  16. First off i would switch your sf to dw in healing flame 5 slots. Do not know why u took both boxing and kick other then a mule for Kinetic Combat. Maneuvers is poorly slotted for end red. I did a quick redo on it little better on end And Recharge.

  17. Well first thing is u have an extra slot rolling around there. I would switch kick out with boxing then that is just me for I hate having KB on a melee. For me as I see it is i would add the extra slot to stamina and add reg end mod IOs in 2 of them and keep the + end in it. I redid some of it to give u a little more psi def in it, but you are still good with your s/l/en/neg def.

  19. Ok there is quite a few things wrong with this build. First off switch out your recharge/heals in healing flame to 5 slots of doctored wounds that will give u some extra global recharge. Switch out your kismet acc with a LoTG global recharge. Switch out your common IOs in consume for eradicates the ones with recharge. You do not need 3 slots in Jump and u defiantly do not need the stealth in jump either. If all you going to do is do AE farm u do not need acrobat it is an end hog. Here is a few quick changes I did.

    Actually i was getting more aggro then the inv tank. I have been on trials that had other tanks on that r not WP and i some how steal the aggro on my WP tank. I go in suddenly i get 2 warnings i move way. I get held. Move back in after bam 2 warnings again. All the while all the other tanks that are near by gets maybe 1 warning.
  21. I have teamed with Inv tanks on my WP and i have out survived them. Also the main draw back on WP is the low taunt aura which the Inv has more of. To me as far as survivability i prefer my WP over my Inv. But that is just me.

    You do not need the ToD for it gives u a small percentage for the special ability. I agree with new dawn, you want to concentrate on getting your S/L/En/Neg def up.
