To go with what fin said, to get to near where u can get on a tank u will be nerfing your damage out put too. Not to mention the same thing she implied ondef goes the same with res.

First off why recall? I looked at your build did a little bit of tuning got u some more def against s/l switched out recall for hasten. I switched out the aegis out with 4 reactive armor and took out 1 out of greater ice sword to put into tough.

Yes first off u went over the rule of 5 with the numas so u are not getting some of the bonus you would like from them IE the 12% reg, and the 35.14 HP for having it 3 slotted. I would replace the numa set in RttC with 3 basic heal IOs, and 1 taunt IO for more reg, and u can get better aggro from mobs with your taunt aura since it is one of the weakest in game. Trying to figure out why you went with mocking instead of perfect zinger with more reg in it unless you was trying to get the recharge bonus. I did a few changes with it got u to sc with s/l/neg/eng and some more reg. For future ref try to remember the rule of 5 where any more then 5 a set bonus do not count. I got rid of repulsing torrent since it is a KB which is kind of bad for a melee toon and added hasten to get you more recharge. But I didnt change any of your other power sets.

Wait what? I have a great time on my WP/SS tank and it is very effective. I do not know who u talked to about it but I see no real issues with the WP tank, sure the taunt aura is not as great as some of the others but with taunt, and a Taunt IO in RttC I have no problem controlling mobs with it.

Ok why burnout? I would of gone with physical perfection? MA has a fast recharge as it is. Also I would of taken cobra strike over crane kick, Crane kick is a KB. With most tanks ( Shield included) the more enemy's near by the better def u have with them. I would also of fit in focus chi which is the MA's build up which will give you +dam+ to hit with it. Also turn off OwtS and toggle tough to get your accurte numbers. I am not a big fan of the purple sets, yes the do help with recharge but it dose not have enough end reduce for me.

couple of things static 1st the RttC is your taunt aura which is one of the weakest in the game. I would suggest to add in at least 1 Taunt IO in to help get aggro with it. 2 You always want to put in PvP IOs which is pretty expensive. 3rd slotting 4 numas in high pain tolerance is kind of pointless for 2 reasons the way u have it heal is over the limit, and 2 u have no heal for the set bonus to help. You have good smashing def but your leathal is porr at 28.1, u do not need that much def on the fire/ice def.

Oki took a quick look at your build, first thing i noticed is your def is very low for a tank u want to get to sc with S/L then get it close to sc with nrg/rng. You do not need to worry bout f/c as much as the other 2. The dark watches in RttC are not a good choice, I would get rid of those and take out 2 slots from there and add in at least 1 Taunt IO. the Gaussian is more for positional def not typed, i would only slot in there 2 RR in it and 1 or 2 recharge. in taunt i would of put perfect zingers in there instead. those are a few changes I would do at a quick glance. I will take another look after I get home from work.

The OP can either put the KB prot in ss, or fly, and have the winters gift in the other since they have both. This way they do not need to add an extra to charged armor.The list of things that 4 KB doesn't protect from isn't that long. It's pretty short, really. Some more active players are more than just taunt-bots. Using corners for good groupings and maybe even moving ahead before a spawn is dead once the team has it. For some play-styles, having the protection while moving around is quite helpful.

Why would u be jumping around to control the crowed? That is what taunt is for. And 4 KB prot if u do aint going to help much on lot of stuff at higher lvl.

First thing i noticed is that proc in fly i would switch it to winters gift slow res instead of the KB proc since u already have 15+ kb prot. secound i am not sure i would of gone with the stealth IO in SS im not a big fan of it. Your Taunt Aura will negate the stealth if u have it on in the first place. I would switch out your fire sword circle from oblits to some erads, and scirorro's. I did some other stuff, yes your def drops a bit but u have more reg in it and more HP which will help u in the long run.

I ran 1 of the PI teams on my lvl 46-47 ( i lvled to 47 on one of the mish) The next highest was a lvl 15 till profit joined me on his lvl 30 so we had to crank the dif down and try not to have many team wipes.

First off why energy adapters in stamina, plus u have 1 to many in it which puts u over the rule of 5. Your maneuvers is going to eat up lot of your end. Why did u take fault? From my understanding it is a KB which is bad for tanks being a melee set. That is what I see so far at a quick glance.

First the OP if u plane on using kick in your attacks that is a bad choice to take for it has KB which is bad for melee. You r also over the rule of 5 in a few areas that are not doing u any good. 3 you do not need those KB protection as long as u have activate defense up. That is your KB and mez protection. Why did u skip taunt and put in taunt IOs in chain induction instead of damage procs? U do not need maneuvers to get your def to SC for those. Plus it is a big end hog.
To static wow expensive build and looks like u run out of end fast as well I take it? The problem I see with purples is they do not provide enough end to use for me.
