As you should have done - there was totally no need for that.
You could have just as easily been helpful towards her instead, and checked if she was new to the game or to being a Tank, and seen if you could give her some advice and improve both her enjoyment of the game and yours. -

Wow...if you are talking about my post I blame States for the way marketing controls information with an iron fist. Also the source of this was Statesman so...yeah the promise killer isn't your bets resource.
I blame Statesman for our currently marketing policy on information control.
Just because someone wrote it on the dry erase board and every nodded and took notes doesn't mean the players should hear about it ^_^. -
I would love the ability to convert inf into merits and an alarmingly preventive ratio.
This means every time someone wants to complain about how the market works we can be all "Just convert your inf and it's yours" and then they would wine about cost and we could be all "You have the option of earning merits, buying merits or using the market" and they would be all "I don't like the market" and we say "then use option a or b and deal with the cost" and around and around we go every week in a nice planned cycle of complaints and snark!
It's way more effective then our current complaint cycle. -
Never made it to live servers. Hell I was under the impression it never left the in house test (did we have an open test server in 04?)

My theory always was that people manifested powers by environment and response which is why PP was important. The thing that divides a scrapper from a brute would be that the Scrapper started out trying to be good or at least doing the right thing for the wrong reason and the Brute started out either feeding his rage or using his rage to deal with a dark world he was stuck in.
