Seriously, if the devs snuck in a joke with the numbers that in no way unbalances a power you would find this detrimental to character concept? The numbers that in no way are referenced on screen during game play or RP would mess with your concept. The numbers you would only see if you had stats running or the firts time you enhance the power. This is what would put a small twist in your briefs?

    Get the **** over yourself.

In game text for Wolf spider (Lord Recluse recruits legions of desperate souls to fill their ranks...) suggests to me that children are not the only recruits.

I don't mean it as a knock against the mods either. And, honestly, it's partly stuff that comes with the territory of the job, I suppose.
Some people communicate far less... respectfully... than others. In the end, most often, I suppose they mean the same things, they just don't communicate it quite as nicely.
That doesn't condone it (In my book), but ah well...
Hopefully the Devs can always keep in mind that we love what they do so much... the negative just stands out.
As an artist, I know how the negative feedback can wash out more positive feedback if you let it.

Would be nice to not get jumped on for every little mistake you may make... But... The masses can be unforgiving. Toss them a shiny and they'll soon forget though.
I'm sure the mods would like it if you used the little report button if you see someone dev bashing past your point of tolerance.

Don't let the Dev response to a post deter you either ^_^.

Something about this statement made me tingle in a way the text of another woman shouldn't do...
  8. I use Google Chrome. If I if forgets who I am when I log in there will be unread thread but reading any of them will make everything say it has been read.
  9. So any adjustments made with a critter easier then paper said it should be. Now that it's fixed it may be harder then desired but that fix will come after play testing prooves it.

Also, there's a nifty trick that lets you level from 1-50 in the sewer, and do it in pretty good time too...

I just think that when they say, "Patch notes for the publish will be available after the downtime.", they should be there after downtime, otherwise they should substitute "after the downtime" with "eventually".
Do you not perceive time in a linear fashion?
  13. Maybe we should pick a server and jump in the sewers guys.
  14. I wonder if anyone has ever made a video of naked character dragging a corpse to Benny Hill music.
  15. A linked system between servers might serve better. 2-3 times the cost of a transfer you link two character slots on different servers. The powers and badges would be linked but everything else would be independent to avoid the hassle of trying to find a name open on two severs. Since you can only have on logged in at a time it would have a similar feel of jumping between worlds but wiht out the pain of loosing server side specifics every swap.

As was mentioned in the op....actually the name only becomes an issue if someone has your name on the other server. These are the same issues we face with the current system so there is no change to the status quo there.
  17. If not worth dev time is the best reason you have not to then you really have no reason not to.

Personally I see this as needlessly complicated solution when we can already reroll clones on other servers.

If there is enough play time between server to make the passport worth the cost then there would be enough playtime between servers to level both up to usable levels with the SSK rules.

uhhh yeah...it's a comic book world our npcs will do comic book things...it should be kinda expected that recurring comic themes show up int his game somewhere.
  19. Superheroes stepping on toes because they think it's their job and/or right? That's so weird, no real comic hero has eeevvvvveeeer done that.
  20. The only thing I see broken about AE is they don't (possibly no method of) do an exploit unpublish when they are fixed. This leaves the mission list full of dead plotless farms.

The evidence just keeps piling up.

Besides, like others have said, you can copy pretty much all their powers. Just make the hats, chest detail and tights pattern available to players, unlockable with a hidden badge that you have to kill a thousand Arachnos for, and there you go, you have your "Longbow AT" with much smaller investment of developer time.
I like the idea of a Longbow option with a storyline though.
