PARAGON UNLEASHED ATTACK!
Wouldn't you feel bad for the new mod if those guys listened to me ^_^> -
Sure to some no to others both signed and unsigned or whatever.
-
Your examples are not ironic either.
-
Add a new field for powers that labels them as removable.
Do a search for powers that only effect allies and set the field to the appropriate value.
Have players in beta assist in identifying powers that should not be removable.
Remove prompt from MF. -

[QUOTE=Silverado;3002863When you try to "educate" other players, no matter how geniunely good your intentions are, you'll always come off as a pedantic know-it-all who doesn't tolerate other people's playstyle (and sadly that seems to be the norm on the forums)[/QUOTE] That really depends on your method. If the leader says "We need a healer" and you say something along the lines of "Any support class would do, there is no need to limit ourselves." The only people who will see you as an intolerable know it alls are the ones who have already decided only their way is acceptable.
In that case yes drop the team the leader is an insufferable buffoon. But anyone with a tiny bit of intelligence will take no offence. There is nothing wrong in helping those who are open to suggestion in enjoying the game more. -
All those useless IOs keep getting in the way of my temp power storage. They should be moved to the store so the few people who use them can buyt hem and I can save my storage for power drops.
Everyone wins because I say so. -
I'm just happy to see no mime references.

When GR is live do you think we'll get a new forum theme for the line walkers or maybe even two more one for me Vigilantes and one for Rogues?
-
I've sacrificed a plastic troll on your alter in honor of this day.

All of one day live on this feature before the people we rescue say things like this.

Sir, I don't mean to alarm you...but most mortals in the super hero game don't live that long.
-
My son sets up his Ben 10 figures and has them team up against each other trying to gain the upper hand and playing off each others strengths until his giant robot comes into play and then everyone goes flying and Ironman joins them to turn the tide.

Quote:Well they'll also be upgraded to Praetorian maps and npcs...http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Issue_19
Ever noticed that the most farmed arcs just happen to be those? I'd be shocked if they did ONLY some text rewrites. -
I imagine that manging the database in beta (or after seeing how they would have to modify the database to make this work with 3 currencies) made them cross the line. The fact we've been asking for it just made it an easier call at the end of the day.
--- edit ---
In case you don't want to look for it the 3 currencies are Infamy, Influence and Information. One could assume Information is the currency for Praetorian citizens. -
I couldn't find an offical "talk about it here" thread (I might be full of fail today)
But I just joygasmed... -

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop repeating your damn self.

Quote:So if we had staff that could translate content after it was written we would only need one multilanguage client that could share a server list? They would need to take the adaptions made to an English language client, then "localize" those adaptations if the EU client is intended to be given to players with the capability of being presented in multiple languages. It wouldn't be unusual for a delay to arise, if that is true.
There's also a possibility that they "outsource" much of the work of localizing clients. If the EU player population is fairly thin for COX, then they might put the translations on a slower cycle than for the US client, changing the client only every so often to keep their costs down.
I should admit that this is speculation about what NC Soft might be doing, and it may not be true. Somebody will undoubtedly come along and correct me if they know better. -
Is there any reason for the EU client to be different OTHER then the server list?
