I like how everyone assumes the slot was named Omega because it'll be OMFGIATFSM* awesome and not because it's the last slot.

Quote:My hair is sometimes a bird, this is true.Perhaps "promotional period" would have been a better choice of wording to avoid confusion with "loyalty window." The idea I intended to express was "that thing where we get rewards for keeping an active account."
I interpret your hair as a bird. Your argument is invalid. -
Angry Lisa doesn't post because the space bar hates her when she types fast.
And since that was what the OP asked, the answer was wrong. -
Quote:I just love the fact he has a hard time admitting he's wrong. It's probably the line that you said the rewards will be given the first time they log in after the promotional window ends, which isn't true. The promotional window ends on the 18th and the rewards aren't going to be given until the 28th.
Not saying that I have any stake in the matter, nor that I care whether you're wrong or LISAR is wrong or who's a troll or who's a Klondike bar. Just saying that you did somewhat misspeak.
Over a week wrong but he's going to yell about how it's not what he said despite it being exactly what he said. -
I can't wait to see the next Rikti bombing run...

People who saw lucks turn off probably saw them turn off right before death... because in actuality the game had already killed them before the client's animation was done and turned off the inspiration.
Kinda like how it doesn't tell you you are dead fast enough to prevent you from using your Oh **** power but still starts it reactivation timer. -
I kinda wish the participator rewards didn't have commons just uncommon rare and ultra rare tables.

Solution, live with nonrpers in player designated RP only zone.

Quote:Most things to most people, good lord how many people do you think are working on this project?A personal preference is precisely a debatable design question for a game. It's usually not for how a car should be built, but for a game it's completely germane. No game can be all things to all players, but it should at least strive for being most things to most people.

Hmmm Not sure why you would invite 25 and leave to start over...unless you are timing how long it takes to form a full team...

Quote:A couple of bucks a month, what type of upgrade will allow someone to play in UM for $24?And those other reasons are unfortunate, but they do not require people to be catered to. Ultra mode doesn't work on low end computers, these players opt out of the entire system. There's nothing that can be done for them because they choose not to save up for a better system. Before you counter with budget restraints: If they truly can't put away a couple bucks a month for a better system, then they shouldn't be paying for their subscription.
Whatever your reasons, if you choose not to be part of the content that gives you these rewards, then you shouldn't get them.
I don't want to prevent others from obtaining the goods in a reasonable amount of time. I think they can obtain these things in a reasonable amount of time. I'm not petitioning for or against any change; I see no reason for any change at all. -
Quote:As a player of other game I can assure you this is no copy and paste. This is a much more hilariously enjoyable raid system. It's like comparing a dogs frisbee catching to a skeet shooter..Positron clearly said that they wouldn't bother with an end game system if it were to be a copy and paste from other end game systems. But this end game system has too many similarities with end game systems existing in the market. But also older end game system designs.

Quote:Actually the agreement for this service is that you will not be getting money back. Not sure if they take that into consideration or not.Not sure your assertion is correct...
According to standard accounting practices, just because you have sold a service for a year in advance, does not mean for accounting purposes to support tax payments, dividends, etc. That you had made that much money there and now. The accountants actually "bank" what has been earned month by month, and report it as thus. In fact, the income received from pre-payment is accounted as a "liability" which is decremented as you provide the service, after all if you do not perform, you are liable to return the money.
Not knowing how that statistic was compiled, leaves a lot to the imagination

My husband likes to use the animal pack's sniff emote on new people when he's being "extra creepy NoPants".

That the developers know how to market to the people with money who have been left out before now? What a horrible thing adding content for a profitable base and the old one at the same time.

Quote:When the issue page is put up "we don't know" is a rather silly argument. But seeing as I haven't seen a post as to what I21 will be about yet...You know what I found funny? When I20 was still in Beta, I complained that the Issue seemed to be nothing but forced team content. People called me names and insisted "But we don't know!" Come I20, it's all forced team content.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. "We don't know" no longer holds any meaning to me as an argument. -
