Because we'd get the opposite questions then..."I bought the Incarnate armor on my 50, but can't see it on my other characters. I know I can't claim it yet, but I want to see it!! Is it a bug that it doesn't show up??"

Same here, had to have a GM complete the bank mission (the 2nd time) for me. Very quick response to my petition and knew it was a bugged mission ( very little explaining needed).

Quote:I keep a character parked at Yin's to buy the Yin-Os and mail them out...All of my lowbies now (hero, villain, and praetorian) get fed Yin-Os. They make those low levels much more bearable.
Mutant/Natural: Damage

Magic: Accuracy
Science: Recharge -
The Doctor had to convince everyone that he was dead. Both versions of River Song know that Time Lords regenerate. Once he was shot, if a regeneration didn't start, she would have known that something was wrong.

I believe the contacts get added (but go inactive) so they will be available to you via Ouroboros.

Was the same way all through Beta. If you joined a fight in progress, there was a chance you would not be teleported out and would have to run the mission from the beginning.

Quote:My theory to explain this away...Time Lords can see all of time, everything that was, everything that is, everything that will be. There is a future version of the Doctor that is human on his "mother's" side ( Donna). Maybe Doctor Eight saw that and got confused...Welllllllllll.... if you listen to the Eight Doctor, he's human on his mother's side. But that, IIRC, kind of came out of nowhere.

The double to hit rolls happen when a power has more than one effect. Some elec attacks return END to you, some sleep the target. Unfortunately, the combat tab doesn't tell you what it is rolling for, the first to hit roll would be for the attack, and if it hits, then a second roll for the secondary effect.

Airdate of The Impossible Astronaut was April 23, 2011. Death of the Doctor per the records of the little people was April 22, 2011.

Incarnate Powers were not part of Going Rogue. Going Rogue is required to use the Incarnate System. They were originally going to preview the Alpha Slot as part of the GR launch, but ended up pulling it back and opening it up later. They have been quite clear that the Incarnate System is VIP access only under the new Freedom model.

This thread reminds me of back when CoV was going Live, and we were getting all the new villain ATs. There was a small but vocal minority that demanded they get access to them without buying CoV because they were paying their $15/month ( and the monthly sub price was not going up). They felt entitled because the CoV data was being loaded on their computers whether they bought the expansion or not, and since it was there, they should be able to use it. You could not change their minds either...

If you use the "Create Shortcut" option in the launcher and use that shortcut, you barely see the launcher come up as it launches the game.

There seems to be a bug when you need to stop someone from escaping. They become active when you are a good distance away and start running immediately. If he had another path to the exit that didn't go past you, then he may have escaped and you didn't see it. Did you see him say something? That's a clue that the target is on the move.

If your stalker started on redside, then the next thing you should do is log him in. Sometimes the server "forgets" you have unlocked the epics, so logging in a qualifying character will reset it.

The Freedom announcement broke the forums!!!

The links go nowhere and nothing is on the official site. I call shenanigans!!

Working as Intended. You outleveled her. The origin stores in FF and Bricks sell lvl 35 and 40 enhancers. Ghost Falcon in PI sells lvl 40-50 enhancers. But all of these unlockable contacts became moot with the vendor in the RWZ. He sells lvl 35-50 enhancers of all origins and does not need to be unlocked.

Quote:I've been playing CoH since 2004. I am play with a ASUS laptop, but I have extra keyboard, mouse and speakers because of how I sit versus where the laptop sits. Since I20 there has been tons of lag whether or not inside a mission. So I was told I should try to update windows and nvidia drivers. which I did. Today I logged in and using my keyboard I couldn't move except the arrow keys. I checked the settings, and they are still set at q,w,e,a,s,d,x,r. When I tried to make sure they were set correct I went to options under the settings and hitting the "w" key it registered as "1". then I hit several letter keys and they all were registering as numbers. I didn't save the changes. Then I logged out and logged in with another toon and they were all the same. Outside the game the keyboard is working fine. Any suggestions?
Did you by chance install any new security software from Comcast/Xfinity? They are now offering an expanded suite of features that includes something to combat Keylogger programs. However, it borks the CoH keybinds ( the program reads numbers instead of letters when you press the keys). Uninstalling the new program solved my issue. -

You only need to follow that procedure once. If you have Test set up on your PC, then you are all set. The character copy tool can be up and down, so if someone did not transfer over, just try it again. Your character on Test will be completely independent of your one on Live.

Also on Comcast in the Boston area. Have not been able to access cityofheroes.com for the past 2 days. Only on now because I'm at work. Not sure what the problem has been.

Quote:Combined with the giant red target reticle on the ground, I found it a fairly obvious Something Bad Is Happening Be Careful alert.
The Nova Fist warning even specifically says to get away from him, doesn't it?
Maybe a big red bullseye and a skull and crossbones at your feet would get the message across.... MOVE!!!!
