So I was talking a LOT of crap in regards to the cougar incident from Herocon.. So much so that Karma thought it would be funny to have a cougar hunt me. Instead of going a hole on her like I said, I'm gonna take the other way. I'm goin to her place tonight for New Years.
Not bragging, just putting myself on blast for talking all that mess and then doing the exact opposite.

And as everyone knows, SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE is having a worse day. After watching this, even knowing it's two years old, I felt better. The options here are either rip Tal for being "slightly used" or defend Talia. Both have their wn merits. Both have their own risks. I prefer the jerk card, so I'll go ahead and say that Tal is more than slightly used. She isn't "Ele being _____ out of a cake" used, but she's certainly not Manoa Pure. Nor is she at Kat's level of, umm.. Yeah. But Ele has quite a few dings on her! Hardly rates as flawless on my rating scale!

I run tactics. I'm pretty much centered around team build with this, so the end usage will be the key. O2 boost us used as needed. I don't rely on it for anything. I drop Freezing Rain and Lightning Storm constantly, and Snow Storm on any boss/EB/AV I meet. So It looks like recharge and any helpful end bonuses I get are the winner!

Goals would be.. Recharge and end usage. Those tend to be my two biggest enemies when I'm playing. 4 or 5 toggles running, and then attacks, she suffers. I need to keep some powers, like snow storm, able to slow everything, so keeping that with SLow IOs may be best.
I dont need her to be a blapper (Ha! Like it would even be possible!) and I don't expect her to deal a lot of damage. But it would be nice to be able to do something more than lightning storm and snow storm and then sit there and wait till the bad guys are killed by the rest of the team. -
Just a couple of powers really have me stuck. I'm not sure which IO sets to use or even if I should use sets or just stick with regular IO's. The powers are..
Will Domination - ??
Vengence - Yes, not just a storm power.. Still unsure how to slot it
O2 Boost - Miracle? Numina? Heal IO's?
Snow Storm - ??
She is Storm/Psi/Elec. As of level 44 she is able to solo, FINALLY. Mostly she is there for support of a team, as I have few slots given to my attack powers.
And feel free to give advice on any powers in this set. I'm hardly a slotting guru. -

So around 1130 pm PST there floats a request from Thor and Sassy, asking for help on a mission. They mention something about it being "Frog's Tribute" but nothing really clicks. Once I enter the mission though, and almost walk into Statesman, everything becomes clear. The mission objective after that one was AMAZING! Having Thor on the team made it even better!

I'm ok with the RP. I won't be participating, but it doesnt bother me. I'm here mostly because this is the server my brother plays on.
And I'll apologize in advance if a spacestation gets dropped on the server.. Somethings are bigger than the individual server.
