P.S.S. yo dude, learn to quote and don't spamm thread with 10000 posts :P
To quote, type "quote" in square brackets, followed by whatever you're quoting, then, also in square brackets, "/quote".
Example:
[ quote ]This is quoted text. . . or is it?[ /quote ]
Will look like this when you actually post it.

Thank you for sharing Ravens, that made me laugh.

I love this thread.
It's like asking "Why am I being shot at in a warzone?" -
Quote:QFT.thats excatly what i said in another thread here..the issue is see is where people wont find it as "easy" as invuls or wp or stone so they automatically place it in the "sucks" category
or the sure you can make it tough put not as easy as my invul tank category
ive been playing fire tanks since day one i walked intop this game in dec of 04.. ive made my living off these "lower rated" tanks and saved some invuls and wp and stone along the way...sure it take alittle more ..but thats what makes each set different.
everyone knows im a high priced builder for tanks...you should see my final build cause im gonna be rocking
I get my kicks on people admiring Tanks that are considered 'weak' by the uninformed, and upending things like "Looking for Stone Tank for [insert ream here]" It's not even just me either, I love it when people demonstrate competence with Tank builds other than Stone/ INV/ or WP/ -
And all I could think of when reading this was, [outrageousaccent]"Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time!"[/outrageousaccent]

If this is the case I may be able to help at 1:30

Hopefully I16 will have already dropped, I'll be trying to get my DA/DM 2 more levels. . . provided he hasn't done so already. In that case, I'd probably show up on my main, but who knows, I might be tempted to show up on my Fire/Fire
-
QFT, this is what I did, although I used 2 steadfasts one in Plasma and the other in Fire Shield, and thanks to merits, managed to do it without buying the recipe with inf.

Nice work... I'm jealous >_>

I was under the impression that they were always evil, they're villains, you know.

I really need to get off of the Test server >_> -
I've been playing on the Test Server too much to get my DA/DM tank 2 levels to 50 :/
-
I would, but I'm to busy playing my ELA/ELM tank.
<_<
>_>
On a side note, once the this Issue hits live, a certain soda inspired character of mine is going to get a total makeover. -
How about Anarchery, my refromed Freak bowman, with either of the girls. . . or both >_>

Edit: Since the photo is taken from a little far away, he actually has a fishnet shirt on. -
I'd love to do it, Tuesday's are my 2nd least class-filled days, apart from Friday, when I'm not taking any.

You might be an AE baby if:
... have no veteran badges, and are giving people advice on how to play their toon, someone who in 13 days will be a 3 year vet..
namely stating that they should have fly so they could stay out of the way, which is sad, because I was the only one not dying. And I wasn't even playing a Tanker >_>
... I get the gist of your ill-formed query as wanting me to join your AE team since I'm a lvl 50 Tank, despite the fact that the RED names in Search are people who are declining all invites.
... you have been to Atlas and don't know what a sewer team is. -
Hello Minotaur, welcome to Tankers Forum.
I'd have made an AA joke, but that would have implied that making tanks is a bad thing =P.
As for my own concept, I began to imagine what a Communist version of Superman would be like, not an evil one that would show up in comic books as the villain, but one who was actually devoted to helping the common people, though this later became all people, my main and namesake hero was born. It should be noted that the name Comrade Communism was taken on Guardian, and since I wanted the name bad enough, I changed the C's to K's and became Komrade Kommunism.
What do I find easy? Everything. With a lot of IO's anything is possible.
Other combos I play: Dark/Dark/Pyro (Hoping for Darkness Mastery in I16, see sig), Fire/Fire, SD/WM, SA/SM, IA/IM, WP/IM, and come I16 ELA/ELM.
On their concepts, my Stoner (Komrade Silicus, Taken from the latin word for rock) and Icer (Negative Celsius, a condition at which water is Ice) are both former Outcasts, my Icer reformed on his own after his girlfriend was kidnapped by the Trolls, then rescued by Komrade Kommunism, whereas my Stoner reformed after seeing how happy my Icer was, and being "convinced" by Komrade Kommunism that the Outcasts were a dead end.
-My Fire/Fire was given the mantle of Burning Red Star, by my main, after losing her psychic powers.
-My WP/Ice is my main's son.
-My Dark/Dark is a CoT victim in a ritual-gone-wrong, that was rescued by my main, and left with the reigns to the demon bound within him.
- My SD/WM IS my main from a dystopian future, hence the code in his name G(eorge)O(rwell)1984, and his various battle cry's ranging from "Two plus two is FOUR" to "Ignorance is NOT Strength"
-My ELA/ELM Tank will be a Crey attempt to recreate Synapse.
TL;DR: Most of my characters know my main from somewhere or another. -
If I could get images of of my phone on this computer, Id show you all pictures of my yellow lab >_<
Of all the things I miss at college she's definitely up there... =( -
While I normally subject my main to these deals, I think Komrade Kosmonaut is a better choice,
(My 50 WS)
If you zoom in, you can see his face a little more clearly, though unfortunately, with his arms crossed, you can't really see the chest emblem, but a better view can be found

On the eyes: I was trying to go for the "Lightning eyes" that all the Kheldian NPC's have, but wanted a more dark and creepy look than the grey ones that Shadowstar has. -
Did I really beat Johnny Butane to a thread on endurance, that was already 8 pages in length?

Another bad experience playing with another tank. This one insisted on herding everything... with only RttC. No Taunt, no attacks, just RttC. Naturally, as soon as he brought them right by my INV/ Tank, they stopped following him entirely, and I ended up with most of the aggro.
1 other expirience that keenly sticks out in my head... I was running a Numi with several other people from the global chat for the server, and one of them was playing an ice/ice tank. She insisted on herding everything... [I'm beginning to see a trend here =P] and the first mish was taking forever, until finally (I was on my WS at the time) I jumped in immediately after she did and let loose with Mire then Quasar, turning all but a few of the spawn into floor decorations. At the beginning of the 2nd mish, our leader said that we had a tank, and we should use her, but the damage was already done, others got more adventurous, and the team sped up dramatically... about halfway through she got the idea that herding was only slowing us down, and asked us to jump in. -

Go with whatever fits your concept. If you don't have one I recommend finding one.
"Fasting at the feast of power refreshes the spirit"
i.e. Choose what you want, not what necessarily the most broken thing on the menu. -
I only get competitive in Cimerora. I have no problems doing that TF without dying, and in the first and third mishs, I always go out ahead to speed things up if there's another tank on the team, because being in the same spot as everyone else is too safe on that TF.
The only time I dislike teaming with other tanks is when they see to it that they compete for things I've already aggro'd. Right because the boss is really going to care how good your yo momma joke is after I just sent him flying through the air with KoB
