  1. Now THAT is a Pay-per-view I would most definitely watch!
  2. When beginning this project I did a little reading up on the Norse pantheon. In the actually story, Thor's final battle was against the Midgard Serpent. He strikes the killing blow, walks nine steps and falls over dead. Since TA had to be the one to kill Thor, I figured I could mess with the history some more.

I see what you were talking about in regards that particular sentence. It seems my brain went AWOL at that point and broke up one coherent sentence into 2 incomplete senteneces.

Buckeye, have you've ever thought of writting a book?

    [/ QUOTE ]

I've thought about it alot over the years. I like to take on creative endeavours and since I can't draw worth spit, I write my bios and such. I have never had enough material for a particular idea to craft a lengthy enough tale to qualify as a book or novel. I also have laziness six slotted for procrastination so I would likely never finish such a monumental undertaking. Now comic stories, that I would like to take a stab at. I read enough of them, I might be able to swing something suitable.
  4. Yeah, that helps. Me am bad with speeling and gramur. Hukt on fonix wurkt for me.
  5. My pleasure, you had great stuff to work with.
  6. IIRC, he is TA until he kills Thor. Then he becomes AoT. When he returns to Hel, he becomes Infernal Assassin. Finally, when he returns to Asgard he becomes Lord of Valhalla.

Thank you for the kind words everybody. After rereading it, I wish I had taken more time to proofread. Too many typos and I seem to switch back and forth from past to present tense. In all fairness, TA had the whole story planned. I just made it wordier. (emo-phase in Hel, lol, I like that)

edit: Curses, beaten to the punch by TA
  7. What's dignity when art is involved?
  8. Britannia would be trying to ditch White Peregrine, who would doubtless be following her everywhere.

Marvel Lass would be pestering all the heroes she idolizes by assailing them with endless questions.

Warfox would be looting the house while everyone else was outside mingling.

Invincibelle would be hiding behind a tree, because she put too much pepper on her burger and sneezed so hard her shirt exploded. Of course she would be surrounded by a throng of male heroes. And maybe some of the heroines too.

Icon must love to see your characters.

Great piece of art there though.

They now own stock in the franchise.

I myself see it as hidden electronics to explain her SG base teleport, Pocket D teleport, and contact communicator. I mean where else is she hiding all that stuff?

    [/ QUOTE ]

Well, considering how often she is .. ahem.. out of costume, it can't be very often she is actually able to USE those things?!

Seriously though, it is an awesome piece.

    [/ QUOTE ]

lol, that must explain the 30 minute recharge on the teleports. She needs that time to get to Icon to get her suit patched up.
  11. Very nice, wish I could have been there. I love Ledge's transformation animation.
  12. Well the idea was to only feature the foot trying to stomp her down while she uses all her strength to resist. There is a second one in shadows in the background. The robot is so big that if we showed too much of it we wouldn't be able to appreciate Belle's . . . ahem . . . attributes.
  13. Great stuff, Rowr! I especially love the piece by Brandon where their identities are switched, very cool idea!
  14. Ice, yuck! I hate ice! I tore my knee up badly slipping on some ice a couple years back the day before Thanksgiving. That was a fun weekend.
  15. Oh, I will get to you again too, Alex. I think a full fledged Invincibelle piece will be in your future, as soon as I am able.
  16. lol, she does have that effect on people sometimes.
  17. mmm. . . after battle shot . . . .

  18. I am having trouble right now too, Torell. Cant get DA to load at all at the moment.

Holy frijoles that rocks my socks. I love the printed circuit detail in the costume's trim -- is that part of your concept or his addition?

    [/ QUOTE ]

Actually, the inlaid circuitry is totally the artist's idea. He saw the electronics as enhancements for her powers (no, not THOSE kind of enhancements! ). I myself see it as hidden electronics to explain her SG base teleport, Pocket D teleport, and contact communicator. I mean where else is she hiding all that stuff?
  20. lol, so many puns from my choice of a name.

During the beginning of the Winter Event, a fellow Knight and I were farming the Holiday Cheer to try to get the Santa Hat. We would each make new characters and give the other the Cheer, rinse and repeat (only took 14 totals attempts). I kept using derivatives of Belle for my new characters: Liberty Belle, Jingle Belle, Belle Biv Devoe, Un-bear-abelle (with bear ears), Reliabelle, Repeatabelle, etc.
  21. I recently got back my long anticpated Invincibelle pic from Joseph Caesar Sto Domingo. He did that incredible Britannia vs Warfox pic for me a while back and this is latest piece. He wanted to try his hand at digital painting with this one and . . . wow, did he ever hit one out of the park! The level of detail is extraordinary. I had envisioned a much simpler piece to make it easier on him. Maybe I wont hold back the next time.

    Caution: Slightly NSFW!
  22. I just got back one of the pieces I had queued up before I had to go on artistic hiatus for a few weeks. Another amazing piece of art from my main man B-Mac, Brandon McKinney. This one features Invincibelle and her teen sidekick as they rush into battle side by side.

Boil 'em, mash 'em, cook 'em in a stew.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Stupid, fat Hobbit!

My brothers and I throw those lines around every time we are at the parents for dinner and someone asks for the potatoes.

    What's taters, precious?
Potatoes. PO-TA-TOES! Boil em, mash em, stick em in a stew.

Then one time my sister-in-law did the Golum line 'in character' and we about spewed our food everywhere laughing. She's officially one of the guys now.
  24. I wanted to share this with the non-DA crowd. A little while back, Mr. Jesse was kind enough to draw a pencil piece of Britannia for me. It was recently colored by SunGryphon from DeviantArt. I love how it turned out.
