Illusion/Radiation is another top combo for soloing most anything. I recall Ultimus (I think it was him) posting pictures of him soloing Lusca over the course of several hours and crap loads of inspirations (but no Shivan/temps, IIRC).

It's also worth noting that monsters with resistance apply that resistance against resistance debuffs. So if an enemy has 50% damage resistance, and you hit it with a 20% resist debuff, it will resist 50% of the debuff, so your 20% debuff will become 10%, giving the mob 40% total resist.

No, YOU don't understand (hell, why are you arguing when you're the one that came in here asking how it worked?). The bolded part is complete non-sense, based on you completely misunderstanding what people wrote before to explain how it works. You're not 'penalized' less by having VG mates on the team. Your contribution to the SG/VG remains exactly the same whether everyone on the team is in your group, or none are. There's also no magical prestige added to the SG/VG on its own.

Whether you're teamed with the people from your VG, or teamed with random strangers, it makes no difference to the prestige earned by your group long as everyone that would have been earning prestige still is. Whether 8 of you are on one team, or spread over 8 teams, there's no difference to the earned prestige earned. Understanding yet?

I was wondering about this myself. I just saw the patch notes this morning & tried to view the new stuff but couldn't. So they only allowed the new stuff to be viewed for a day? That's not very long to see if something works right or not.

Actually, quite a few bugs were caught and reported last night. Both Castle and Ghost Falcon were there, and with a player's help, Castle was even able to track down a geometry corruption bug which screwed up a character's body if they switched genders while in SG mode. Believe me, those of us who test stuff work rather quickly.

I really don't see why Fire Imps need Stamina! Just slot some end reduction in them! 3 recharge, 3 end reduction is the way to go!

so my best bet would be to team with them, when i team.

[/ QUOTE ]There's no 'unless'. Say there's two in your SG online (you and another), and you two join two different teams and fight in SG mode. You both earn X prestige for your SG, so your SG ends up with 2X prestige at the end of the day. An alternative course of action would be you two play on the same team together, each of you earning X prestige for your SG, with 2X prestige earned at the end of the day.
2X = 2X

See what I'm saying? The reduction in reward per kill isn't countered by a SG member playing on your team instead of another, it has no impact.

Oh, you mean these pictures? Those aren't new sets, both are Fire Control, the top one being on a Controller and the bottom on a Dominator... it's a freaking huge hint that we're getting color customization in i16.

Going Rogue expansion! There aren't any actual picture other than that movie, as far as I know.

Edit: And in that movie you don't really see anything... All we know is that the female at the start is going to be a new signature-style character that uses the Demon Summoning powerset... which might be part of the Going Rogue expansion, or added some other way

[/ QUOTE ]So it's kinda like you won the lottery... except everyone else also gets the money regardless of if they believed it or not. Yeah, I'm perfectly willing to be wrong about these things getting implemented, although it still remained as something that was unlikely to happen.

It'll all the knockdown powers in game, and a lot of the knockback ones. -8 mag protection will protect you from the vast majority in the game, although a few things will still knock you back (Nemesis Staff, and a few other rarer powers)
