Things I have seen that have not been covered or answered:
1) Are all of these rewards beings switched to account wide? Right now I can create a brand new character and have 18 Merits, and 5 or 6 veteran respecs (cannot remember off the top of my head.) for his/her entire career. Are just some of these account wide, and some of them character specific? I'm not thrilled with the idea that I would lose the respecs on future characters.
2) The Enhancement Upgrader thingies. If I have a level 50 IO defense, and I apply it I theoretically get a lvl 51 defense. I can then place it on the market and sell it for one of those 2 billion dollar outstanding bids the marketeers have in place.... I hope the devs have thought of this, or there will be a rapid turnover of funds and VERY unhappy players. -

VEATs are awesomesauce (IMHO)
My crab is a ranged tankmage with capped defense to range, tons of AoE, and 7 pets (counting Lore).
My Fortunata/Night Widow (dual build) has capped defense to all positions, tons of AoE, and either PSI or lethal/toxic damage galore.

The servers all show as up on the status page, but the log-in server will not let me in either.
There are still 30 minutes to the end of the window, so I am not ready to panic yet. -
The 6 characters in my signature.
Itsy is T4 everything, each character has the T4 Lore pets, and some have T4s scattered about as things have dropped. Everything on all of them is at least T3. -
2 Billion on hand, per character.
You can email funds to your other characters, or place bids on items that do not exist (i.e. some Level 53 recipes) -

I made the same mistake with my 1 and only stone tank. Energy Melee is just painful. I would actually give ice/fire a try during 2xp weekend. It is very nice combo. As another posted, the fly paper effect is nice. Add to that FSC and it is a great combo.

I never should have made my Ice tank an energy melee.
That stupid -hp attack is my biggest hitter and threatens to get me killed all the time. The (almost) complete lack of AoE angers me as well.
Some day I might finish the last 3 levels to 50, but every time I *think* about playing him I wish I had a different attack set. The Defense and aggro control are amazing though.

I am working on a second build for my Fortunata so that she can also be a claw-slicing widow.
Does anyone know if my Incarnate abilities I've already got built and slotted will follow through to the new build, or will I have to re-slot them each time I swap from one build to the other?
(I assume the powers themselves are available regardless of build?) -
Just about any new power set for DOMs will make me happy.
