If I were to purchase another copy of CoX today, and F2P were to go live in (guessing) October, how far along would my second account be in terms of veteran rewards / paragon points?
I never bothered getting a second account because I could never 'catch-up' to my current accounts 87 months, but now that is theoretically possible in something like 36 months I think? -
I have on more than one occasion deleted characters that didn't work out, most recently a level 47 ice/energy tank. I rerolled him as an ice/fire tank and am much happier for it.
Having said that, I still would not support a full character respec (even within the same AT), it is just too easy to abuse. -
If that was the reason, why not just restrict running the new iTrials to a character having all 5 incarnate slots unlocked and slotted? There is already precedent for that with the Apex and Tin Mage trials. That way we won't need a new currency?

I'm not sure if they would do the first one or not. It seems to me that it may be possible to abuse that. Buying the ability to play AE arcs on a F2P account means that anyone could create a second account with 1 character on it and use that 1 character to PL all their other characters. (Of course, first they would have to PL the new char on the F2P account). And I'm sure there are other examples that could be considered worse. -

All this talk about i21 Freedom has me jonzing for more information, and they cannot get it to me fast enough! I want to know everything about it NAO!

Here is my current build for your reference, It does not include fireball. I focused on S/E/L/N defense as well as +RCH. With Spiritual Alpha I am less than 1 second off perma-hasten, and with Energy Absorption hitting 10 targets (easy to do) I am softcapped to the 59% for the iTrials as well.
I am sure others may be able to do better, I simply offer mine to peruse.

I have had this as well. I am usually able to fix it one of two ways:
1) zone somewhere else
2) use the /sync command
Have you tried this? -
Maybe not, but if you yank those 3 slots out you're only off permahasten by 7.1 seconds. Spiritual Total Core Revamp would then make it perma at 118.4. (and you get 3 slots to put anywhere else you want)
The rest of the build looks pretty solid to me, but I'm not the best person to ask for advice on tanks. -
I have a few heroes on Infinity and Justice, but Guardian is where I hang my hat.

Nifty, I certainly hope it ends the disease. (even if it is ultra ultra rare).
The work they've done here may pave the way for some even more remarkable cancer research. -

I thoroughly enjoyed my first ever Tanker Tuesday run. I only have the one tank on Guardian, so next time you swing around to my home server post it up and I'll be happy to join in!

I am of the opinion that $10 is a bit too high, and that $5 is a bit too cheap.
Interestingly enough the $7.50 price mentioned by the OP is about what I think a new power set should cost.
I know I'm getting points that I can use to get them free, and I am not upset about having to pay (real money or points) for new power sets. I do however feel that the current price is a bit high.

Still waiting for clarification of that myself. The idea that I won't be able to create new characters with 5 or 6 respecs sitting in the bank is unsettling.

Granted, that is not how enhancements show up when you combine them now, but you never know for sure. We aren't even positive that they will add a level to the existing enhancement yet.
