Hrm. Pretty sure I got a bunch, which I then used to fix a couple costumes, and edit others.
If you're sure you didn't get them, send in a petition for it. -
What he meant to say is that he worked the Mc"that game company" line at McDonald's.

Windfall increases your Inf gain by 25%. (I don't think it does anything for Prestige) It also increases (doubles?) your chances of drops. Whatever drops you can get.
So yes, increased chances of getting recipes (including purples), inspirations, enhancements, and if you're level 50 and have done Mender Ramiel's arc (or otherwise unlocked the Alpha slot), Incarnate drops (shards from anything that doesn't con grey and threads from things in Incarnate trials).
The benefit of using Windfall lasts for one hour. -
Bah, that makes two days in a row where I'm unable to play.
Edit: Of course, having said that, the servers appear to be back up. -
Is your build so tight that you can't get both? Or are you just looking "hey, which of these two should I take by 26th level?"
-
You have to.... EAT THIS BRICK!
(just kidding) -
It triggered for me, and then like 15 seconds later, wore off.

Quote:*shrug* Brass Reactor believes in science, not mythological deities. I know that takes some doing what with things like Redcaps, Ghosts, various Halloween based supernaturals, the Winter Lord, etc. ad nauseum, but it's just that's how he sees it. He can't logically deny the existence of what people term as "magic" given how much of it is floating around Paragon City, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't try to find a scientific explanation for everything.Aw, poor people aren't good enough writers to work inside the CoHVerse. Booooooo.
*arbitrary jab*
So, naturally, he would classify Incarnate abilities along scientific reasons, and if he absolutely had to call himself an Incarnate of something, it would not be a mythological figure. Perhaps Einstein. Or Tesla. Or Oppenheimer. -
I haven't gotten him to level 50 yet, but Brass Reactor will either be an Incarnate of "Science!" (possibly "Science! gone slightly awry") or the power of the atom. Now if only there were Giant Radioactive Mutant Insects in the Lore pets....

You got the Prestige Sprints. Not the same thing. (If Slide has somehow magically found it's way into the Prestige Sprints, I'm shocked.)
-
I was just on the Exalted server ten minutes ago. Unless they just crashed....

Okay, I can't figure this out for the life of me. Under costume sets in the costume designer, the Gunslinger costume set is locked, but when I go through the individual costume piece categories, I can't find any costume parts for it that are locked. So, uh... what's the deal with it then?
To note, the only costume pieces I can find that are locked are the barbarian ones, but I haven't bought that costume pack yet, so that makes sense. -
It's ridiculous. After being in the beta, I'm not going to pay for the Rocket Board, but I would buy Slide. *shrug* Who knows what the reasoning is.... I mean, they're actually charging points for Shadowy Presence.

These are just some quick screenshots of the Celestial armor set. It isn't all of the pieces. (No weapons, only one of the back detail pieces.)

Have you tried clicking on the cart tab (up at the top of the market screen)? And are you using a PC or a Mac? (If it's a Mac, I think they're still ironing out all of the bugs with Macs and the store.)
-
In the store, click on the "Costumes" button, then click on the "Tailor" button, then click on "Super Tailor Access".
It's 800 points. -
Costume piece bug - Male/Huge - Gloves - Barbarian Ring
The secondary color is not being applied. -
-
Here's what I've found so far:
Female:
Head (standard):
Detail 1: Barbarian Basic, Barbarian Celtic
Upper Body
Tops with Skin: Barbarian (also available under Magic Bolero, Robe, Sleeveless Robe, Sleeveless Jacket, Trenchcoat, Robotic Arms 1-3)
Shoulder: Barbarian Ring, Barbarian Fur, Barbarian Leather, Barbarian Iron 1 & 2 (certain of these are unavailable depending on your upper body choice. I.e., only Barbarian Iron 2 is available if you are wearing a Robe.)
Chest Detail: Barbarian Fur, Barbarian Fur w/Guard, Barbarian Corset, Barbarian Corset w/Guard, Barbarian Leather, Barbarian Leather w/Guard, Barbarian Guard
Belt: Barbarian Belt (basic, or belt)
Lower Body
Bottoms with Skin: Barbarian (also available under skirts/shorts)
Boots: Barbarian Fur, Barbarian Leather, Barbarian Rugged
Male/Huge:
Upper Body:
Shoulders: Barbarian, Barbarian Iron 1, Barbarian Iron 2
Chest Detail: Barbarian 1, Barbarian 2, Barbarian 3
Gloves: Barbarian Ring (there seems to be a bug with the Barbarian Ring option, as the secondary color is not being applied), Barbarian Iron
Belt: Barbarian
Lower Body:
Tight: Barbarian Skin, Barbarian Tights
Boots: Barbarian Rugged
Weapons:
Broadsword - Barbarian Sword
Battle Axe - Barbarian Axe
War Mace - Barbarian Mace, Barbarian Warhammer
Shield Defense - Barbarian Shield (no spikes, spikes, long spikes)
(it's pretty close to the Targe shield, without the celtic knots on it.)
Comments on the armor set/pieces:
Okay, the female set pieces give you the "Red Sonja, fighting in as little as possible" look, whereas the male/huge pieces come across as a more "Thundarr the Barbarian/Conan look" with a touch of "John Carter of Mars". Not really surprising there. The lack of glove options for the female body type are a bit annoying. I'm shocked that there's not a furry vest option for male/huge. Some of the pieces (across all three body types) are very similar to existing pieces in the martial arts costume set (mostly the iron shoulders). The Barbarian axe is something of a disappointment for what they could have done with it. -

Oh, and I agree with je_saist. The purchasable powersets should have reasonable prices.
-
I'm okay with it as long as the powersets are in line with existing ones. I don't want to see "Here's the new hotness, it's {measureable percentage} better then every other powerset for {archetype} vs. all enemies, and now available for the low cost of 2000 Paragon Points!" (Yes, I acknowledge that some powersets are better vs. certain enemies, and worse against others. What I mean is that I don't want to see powersets that are far and away superior but only available in the store.)
