I've got someone on every server but play mostly on Liberty these days. I used to play on Freedom, but the lag just got to me too much. I can handle it more, now, since I've upgraded my computer, but by then I had already moved to Liberty.

It's lovely, eerie, hopeful, dynamic, and imposing. It's what every horror-fantasy piece should be.
I fear I won't be able to afford your commissions now, when they come to pass. Once I get my GraverArt I think you'll be next on the list for The Big Save. -
No final level for me. I ended up in more debt than I started out with and just a single level up.
-
We go to ReaperCon, but it's a little small, not held in a hotel but at Reapermini HQ, and is based on minis, not comics.
If there's a local con we might go, but it depends a lot on how we feel, finances at the time, and the kids. -

In our old supergroup (before we transferred our mains to Liberty to join the Envisionaries) the SG colors were magenta pink and lime green...
... and yes, we occasionally played in them. I have a screenie of Khep in doing a Freakshow mission where she had to use a Freakshow "costume" to infiltrate them and so I turned the colors on. Magenta and lime green FreakyKhep was kind of cool.

You've simply got to share that!

Here it is. -
I just got back from a week in New Orleans, so I won't be going out of town until next year. Ah well. So many cons, so little money.
-
I would have but it's on my main computer at home. I'm not at home. I'm currently sitting in a hotel in the City of GraverArt (and no, I haven't met them) because work decided to send me to here to attend a bunch of seminars. Whee.
This does mean, however, that my dA account will see some activity from when I post pictures from my trip. It's been a long time since I took architectural photos, so it's been fun. -

You people are weird. XD

Well, duh!
Why else would we hang around here? Besides, all the really cool people are the weirdest ones, right?
... uh, right? -
You could at least PM the link to those who ask, right? *nudge, wink*

Sorry, I have to join the "there are other MMOs?" crowd. CoX is the first MMO I've played and the only reason the hubby was able to get me interested was because it wasn't fantasy.

There's not a darn thing wrong with Payless shoes...
unless you walk through a water puddle with them on.
And for some reason I read that as:

don't ask me why. I'm blaming it on the pain from walking too much. -

Juggy's got a tight butt!

I'm secure in my manhood so I can objectively say that I agree....

While looking over the picture again to take in the details, I was thinking the same things. That's some butt Juggs has there. -
That is truly awesome. Juggy's gonna love it.

I like how GW is just kind of stuffed in a trash can. I'm partially surprised, however, to find her still clothed in the naughtier versions.
-
I agree. It is clunky. It's not very pretty, either. It's cumbersome and I've always felt that webpages, in general, need to follow the KISS it concept (Keep It Simple, Stupid). The more complex you make things the more it causes problems.
Blah. -
Well, I see it now. Too tired to really be bothered by it, but I probably will be later after I get some sleep.
-
There's just one thing to say about this:
You guys rock!
I wish I had the time and was good enough to do jump in and help out. I have to see how things go in the next couple of weeks, but I'm heading into my super-busy time at work. -

We don't. We exist solely on these forums. Sorry if that breaks immersion for people but the fact remains that we are here, and ONLY here.
I think it is a bit prejudicial (and more than a bit hypocritical) that people want to reject the ads just because they exist in a place that is tied to the game when they'd accept anyone else ads (and urls) in game.
Edit:
And the shortest actual forum url I can do is:
http://boards.cityofheroes.com/postlist.php?Board=info
Which drops into the announcement section.
The goal is to drive people to the forums. Without being able to mention the forums the purpose for these ads is LOST. So for those that are put off about the fact that the scoop is on the forums, and that the ads mention the forums, all I can say is that everyone can't always be satisfied.
Seeing that the forums and the Scoop are tied together, I am not going to completely drop all references to the forums.
This wasn't directed at Kheprera, but all those saying that it will break immersion.

No offense at all, Snow. I was really just make suggestions, but I fully understand.
I still think a url will help show people that 1) there are forums and 2) where to find them easily. -
I agree. I think I had mentioned in my first post about including the URL. It's not immersion breaking since the internet should be commonplace with Paragon. Now, if the City Scoop had its own URL instead of being part of the forums (www.cityscoop.com instead of boards.cityofheroes.com/...) then it would much more immersive while still getting the message out.

I'm definitely going to have to do some saving up for when you open up commissions. I've only done a few and haven't received any yet, but I'm hoping this years bonus in September/October will be nice enough to get a couple.
