Anyway, the Scotbots have a much wider range of produce available to you: Chocolate, sandwiches, drinks of all kinds, monkeys, crisps, cakes, strategic nuclear arms, pastries, confectionery, anthrax, roast chicken, Linda McCartney products, Linda McCartney, ice cream... Envisioned this as part of the promotional material for the GX bots. Hence the woefully misleading "polite, reserved, reliable & quiet" description. I think the denizens of GG can attest to none of those attributes being applicable...

I've decided to come back, and I've found a calling.

The 9pm Clocktower RP meets shall begin again. I don't care if this clashes with the GG meet, if you're wanting to RP a villain, what're you doing with the heroes, eh?

Let's see if we can get things up and running ASAP. I'll be there 9pm, Saturday 21/10/06. Will you?

Seeing as I'm quite sure no-one actually really cares, but as I feel I should provide some form of closure for them, here is the tie-up for all my remaining characters. Oh, and in case you don't know, I've reached the end of my interest in playing this game and especially RPing in this game.

Spear - Returns to Canada, gives up heroing to concentrate on ice hockey.

Scotbots - Leave, with the observation that the description of Earth should not have had the "mostly" attached. And should probably be a completely different word altogether that ends with "ious", starts with "ob" and has "liv" in the middle.

Cajun - Goes back down to Louisiana, never to return to the North.

Iceflame - Decides that being legally evil is much more fun than breaking the law.

Half N Half - Goes his own way, far away from the Rogue Isles.

You're the only one that remains optimistic.

Wouldn't play Neverwinter Nights if ya paid me. I don't like fantasy settings... I'm returning to the world of offline gaming...

I've been playing this game for nearly 18 months, that's why. I'm fed up of the lather, rinse, repeat XP grind of identical missions for a minute reward that gets further away each time. I'm not paying to just RP...

But I'm still around for two months. Don't know how often I'll actually be on though...

Keeping me up until after 2 in the morning... Naughty people.

Anyways, thought I'd use this thread just to announce that I'm not renewing my sub when it expires in October... Came to the realisation that I can't stand actually playing the game.

Guess no-one has RP on their minds this weekend...

Surely even with double XP, the grind is infuriatingly dull? It is for me...

As Staligrad (and 3 year old cousin) have pointed out, and I said in my post, if someone is interested about getting in to RP and they read the forums, it would be far more obvious for them to look in the RP forum than in the general forum for one particular server.

Remember, if players are new to the game and don't read the forums, they won't see it in the general forums anyway.

And as Stasis has said, we've already got this thread... So some of the info is a bit off at the start, but if they actually read it they'll see the corrections.
