Objective:

Getting xp only when you zone is very annoying. And defeats the reason of the wonderful level up bonus.

Subjective:

The suggestion about making a medium recharge xp distribution system seens the best way to accomodate both the need for players to actually see their characters improvement and the need to minimize a little data flow.

Also would be nice to allow pre-movement powers character to be able to enter pacts. Or raise pact cap to 3 or 4 people. I play mostly with 2 other friends, and we like to stay in each other´s range...

What we really need is a very nice contact between Devs and us. And a chance to give cookies to everyone! Bring us new reddies, and we will protect then from the trolls (or die trying!)!

Base Repricing
1) How will the repricing of bases affect you personally?

I am really loving it. As I am a base-designing fan, this item alone makes the i13 wondrous. (not that i didnt liked the other things)

2) Will you dismantle your base to gain the additional prestige from the repricing?

I will dismantle my base almost 90%... Will keep only a few crafts that had an emotional history to me...

3) How long would this process take you if you were to engage in this practice?

Hmm... some 2 to 3 hours... I love working on the little details...

4) What are the positive and negative concerns regarding repricing?

Finally it was done. The prices were really high... they had to be changed for greater good...

5) How will this feature affect you long term and short term?

Short term: Lots of work to redo the bases... but i will love it!
Long term: I am already loving it...

Base Salvage Exchange to Invention Salvage
1) What is the negative effect on your base for this feature implementation?

The use of really expensive salvages are bad idea. What should have been done was finding the least used salvages AND given then some utility...

2) What is the positive effect on your base for this feature implementation?

Besides the pricing discounts on the new crafting, none.
I really do thing that salvages wouldnt need to be involved on base crafting... Influence/Infamy is enough.

3) How long will it take you to adjust to learning this new system?

Already did. Tested it a lot on open beta.

4) What side effects to this system do you currently see from transitioning the old to new system?

Market distortion as expensive salvages will disappear/became too expensive. What was already expensive will became impossible to get for the average casual player, and i include myself into it (despites having a few 50´s, the most i got on inf on my toons is 20m...).

5) What security concerns do you have regarding this change?

There really should be new security means to protect the salvages. Right now i use the terrible *can deposit, cant get back* setting. I would like to set some *communal* storages...

Additional Notes:

Overall, its a woundrous system. Just stop with the salvage thing...

Yeah, but I seemed to do OK making stupid mistakes back when I first started, and had NO RECOURSE until they introduced the respec trials. Which i did, with friends. Uphill in the snow.
(Honestly, my only complaint with this is it seems like everything's being made available so you never actually have to check out any of the game's non-newspaper grinding. I don't know if you guys know this, but exploring is fun, and actually earning things gives you some pride in it.)

There's also the test server, for testing things out. The hint is in the name.
(I'm not swiping at you specifically -- just wondering why people care this much about an additional, minor revenue stream that affects gameplay not one bit.)

So you´re a loooong Vet... and had to learn with your mistakes. We all do. Not doing it is stupid. But that doesnt make us to do the same. In the past people used lead in pipes. And they got poisoned. They learned not to. Should i stop with copper and other materials because i didnt used lead?

And not everyone uses the Test Server. And for some good reasons, ranging from having to install a new build on pc to not wanting to spend time playing in a temporary enviroment.

And why i am trolling about something so small?

I will keep playing the game, EXPLORING, having fun (and in my own vision of fun, not someone else´s vision) and hanging around with friends. And, of course, spending all my influence on costumes!

All the changes the Devs bring will be flamed. Will be trolled. But as I have seen, they were all good. So those that need/want to have 100000 respecs can buy then. And help the game´s growth (or getting a new coffe machine to the devs! I dont care. More money to NCSOFT!).

My wish list for things to buy are:

Costume slots (more! more! more!)
Costume options! (many more!)
Funny emotes! (Yay!)

But not everyone is a looooong time VET. And if you are learning the game, it lets you correct stupid mistakes. And for those with the money to burn, to test stupid things...

Respec recipes are too expensive for those who dont farm or market manipulate...

I, talking about myself here, never got more than 10 millions on a toon. I dont manipulate the markets. I dont farm. I just play to have fun. (and yes... i spent tooooo much on making costumes... i am a costume-changing addicted). I have ONE vet respec, and i save it like hell... And its hard to get those pesky trial teams running...

Besides, i want NCSOFT do to get money and to HAVE money to develop the game. They are doing a wonderful work here, and i want it keep going.

A ruined wasteland, lava-looking based... A vision of hell to account for a Hellions comeback (yes... how about a High-level Hellions menace...)

A gothic-zone... with "real" vampires and werewolves... Different art from the council ones... Something to feel afraid of the dark...

A floating city... water all around... very high-tech looking...

Cultural references... India, Japan, China, Russia... something to say: Wow, they did a little research here...

A zone where some powers suddenly stops working... maybe a place with travel powers suppression... a magical city with a magical tyrant...
