I think your horrizone is still place to high up the page even on the update. Right now you have your horizone about four-five inches above the figures head (given the scan size). With the perspective on the figure you drew...I would say your horrizone should be located just a couple inches above the figures head. That would still give you the impression that you are looking down at him slightly from above (which seems to be what you are going for.) -
