    not all interface have damage so radial is invalid my guess is increase chance to proc for radial.

    For judgement decreased endurance cost, and increased damage seems plausible.

    I highly doubt they will give recharge bonus so lore radial is highly unlikely but increased duration is possible.

    Destiny probably increased area and increased % of buffs are plausible.

    Upon further investigation, this particular hybrid power doesnt even show on ANY of the chat channels when activated or detoggled, whereas any other incarnate power does. Does this happen to every hybrid power or only in the support one or is it only me....?
    When it arrived VIP beta first it was a full time toggle with a 05 endurance per second power. People whined how it has too much end per second for some builds while others may have it permenant without much problem. Apperantly dev had the idea making power not available all the times from the start so instead just dropping end cost a little they totally removed it and make it a half-***** toggle. One that took even more negative feedback. Than they added small permenant boost. People whined a little more but realised that dev don't have any intention to fix it so most people just left it to its doom (including myself and I didn't even bothered to renew my subscription which will end in september)

    Long story short they managed to ruin what would be a good power people carry on and hybrid became the least used incarnate power.
  4. Well it really depends on your attack chain. For example katanas top attack chain (without divine avalanche) is GC-SD-GC-GD so putting it in GC not only gives you twice chance but also you can use one of two big hitters right after it. But with current changes planned for procs and upcoming second ATO sets I think putting second ATO in GC (for scrappers anyway) and moving AH to SD would be more effective while having glads -res proc in GD.

    Not to forget that AH's bonuses does not stack from same enhancement so if you put like 3 in previous example one in each GC GD and SD you will probably wasting more than %50 of procs and probably wasting enhacement space as well.

    We DO get those sets for free.....we just don't get them the day they are released unless we saved our stipend and didn't blow it on other stuff.
    Also need to add that we are still getting free power sets in old frequency aka once or twice a year. The ones that we need to pay are already bonus ones thanks to increased funding.

    well that button just opens a search function which lets you search for any player online on that server on that side with given createria (blue or red not sure about preat part) and if no search paramaeters entered it just gives everyone online on all zones (again depends on your side but I think vigilantes and rogues can see both heroes and villians) I am not sure if hide function works on it.

    Thanks for the replies everybody. I was mainly just curious about this because I couldn't find it in the interface and was wondering how these people were finding me, especially the instant I log in.

    All of my characters who are in SGs, are in my own personal SGs with no other members, and I think I've teamed with another player exactly once. Just not that into team play.
    well if you are not in any team or league both tabs have a big button says find member along with a drop down menu where you can choose your status on looking group and a search parameter but since most people left in grey one (not looking for group) people usually send tells or blind invites to those with grey and no search comment players too.
  9. UAE is rather open-minded when considered middle east countries. One of reason I think toursim is one of their selling point unlike most of middle east countries and they care about tourists opinion about things so I think you will not have much problem in there.

Well it is actually pretty good for TF's since it teleports everyone to the contact than team leader can invite more people or start TF immediatly but I hardly see this is used for two reasons either people don't know how it is work and just form in a global channel or in zone or since it requires all teammates (those who were in a team and team leader puts on queue, not the team that was formed for TF) in the same zone to get in queue for an event they don't bother with it.

    I got time gladiator first than next run it was Heist. A couple of heist than a few gladiator next and each time i was the first in zone there is no such BS like it is choosen depending on where you are heading it is totally random.
  13. Nothing gives me enough satisfaction like how my character makes a half jump than drop downs his sword with both hands on an enemy and knock it down. Though admitedly it is just one move and there are some more flashier moves in melee sets than katana/NB/s golden dragonfly

    I feel same for my katana/SR scrapper. In old days I would play two or three more characters one being a lowbie just to level it but I am a soloer and I hate AH so until I hit a certain level with my characters I don't build much beyond SO's and occasional drop of generic IO's. Nowadays however I prefer playing with my kat/SR either on live or in beta to see what I can make out of my options for its build (basicly how much damage buff I can add it without nerfing its survivalbility too much)

    maybe but only for half-time even if you are right about it and even if you switch between granite and hybrid+other options it means you will be clicking more power than usual every 2 minute.
  16. Ok lets see.

    Exchange sting of wasp with gamblers cut it has higher dps and easier to work in your attack chains. Put achieelse heels -res proc into gamblers cut and put 5 hecatomb in it. Move ATO to soaring dragon since its bonusesare better and soaring dragon is one of your primary powers in your attack chain.

    You don't need Divine Avalanche and only keep elude if you plan to do solo incarnate content.Elude saves you to run after %59 incarnate softcap and focus on something else it is also good if you run out of small purples to use. But its crashmakes it a hard to use power I usually use conserve power and barrier (or rebirth) destiny just when elude start blinking to reduce crash's drawback.

    Putting stead fast + def on tough will help you to get soft cap easier. I suggest keeping your melee, AoE and ranged defenses around %46.5 %47 so you will have certain protection against defense debuffs and with one small purple you can reach to incarnate softcap.

    From what I see you can slot one more LotG global recharge, I suggest putting this on one of always active set instead of a defense IO since it also gives defense boost.

    You don't need to slot elude more than initial because you can't make it perma and it requires high recharge to see it under 5 min recharge anyway.

    If you can get pvp IO's (their prices dropped alot with converters but I don't know their current ones) I suggest getting glad -res proc for golden dragonfly instead of force feedback recharge one.

    Like doom mentione you don't need 5 or 6 slotting of LotG but there is another defense set you may want to slot for recharge and that is red fortune. Be wary of rule of 5 if you follow this path though.

    For laser beam eyes get apocalypse if you can with 5 piece it gives good bonuses to almost everything you may need.

    Slot health and physical perfection better and if possible with sets that gives either regen or +max HP bonuses.

    For now these are all that comes to my mind in addition to doom's suggestions.
  17. WellI got whole set with 13 or 14 packs and only one piece that I didn't mind having was missing after 9th pack (in some packs I got two pieces) and it was rifle.

    Hybrid and Pets

    IIRC AH mentioned all hybrids should work with pets but except support all will be a reduced efficiency. For example assault core giving less than %15 damage bonus for each stack.

Hmm funny with my kat/SR I hunt down +4x8 carnies quiet alot and master illusionist or illusionist were never able to touch me (except for ocaasional %5 chance but even than I never used inspirations and I don't have aid self). I have 0 psi defense so either they don't do non-positional psi damage or I am extremely lucky that for about 2 years yet to meet carnies that actually use that power.

    Well there was heated debate in beta section of forum if you wonder why. You can check there.

    A short story; It was a full toggle with 0.5 end/second. Some people wined becuase not all builds can use this and demanded a lower end cost. Next thing happened was half-toogle and AH posted a thread about future of hybrid in beta forums. Many people demanded bringing back old one or making it a full toggle, some people suggested if a full toggle is not possible at least give a passive. Next thing there was passive boost of hybrid. People gave up arguing with devs since AH made it clear that they never inteded to make hybrid as a full-time accessable power becuase it is less fun according to him. Hybrid went live with that state.

    Well I check power in mids didn't actually tried my self but in mids damage of proc changes based on current recharge not base recharge.

    EDIT: Ok I used your spreadsheet and I think there is some calculation error. Why because I tried scrapper katana power golden dragonfly with your spreadsheet and it gives out 97.66 damage for double hit however in-game I tested double hit and it was doing 108.4 damage. Now if my value in-game was lower I could say that it was becuase of energy resistance but since it is higher it means there is something missing in your calculation. However I manage to test something else and I am at least pretty sure global recharge does not effect double hit since damage didn't changed when I used hasten.

    Their buff is not that big and they don't stack either how come they are worse than lets say store bought inspirations? Whichcan be stacked and persist for 5 min which is enough time to brought down an AV?

  24. Depends on how much you slotted that power with damage enhacement but lets assume you are at %95 so alpha is effected by ED.

    T4 radial paragon muscularate gives %33 damage enhancement 2/3rd of this is not eefected by ED which means %22 more damage remaining %11 only effects by 0.15 so it is %1.65 which makes a total of %23.65 more damage from alpha (mind you on enhacement placement screen if you move your mouse over a power it shows alpha added version of how much damage does it but no global bonus added)

    For hybrid assault things are a little bit confusing especially for one that you posted which is double hit. Before hybrid toggle there is its passive that gives %10 global damange bonus (which brings your total damage bonus on your power to %33.65 just from incarnate powers and this is assuming alpha is effected by ED) IIRC double hits base damage is calculated base on recharge rate of power (enhancements in power effect this damage) so there is no telling how much damange your power does just based on your powers damage.

    Since you wanted an example based on energy blast lets take its tier 1 attack power bolt from blaster. It has 4s recharge time and if you put +5 apocalypse set in it its recharge time reduces to 1.93 second (global %10 counted in) and double hits damage becomes 28.64 (for 4 second recharge time it was 42.84) Double hit has %50 chance triggering in this power (its trigger chance based on powers base recharge) and hybrid has a 2min up 2min down toggle system.

    If double hit fires your 100 damage power now does 133.65+28.64 damage which is equal to 162.29 however if we get the %50 chance into calculation it is only 14.32 damage increase from double hit which is only for half time. So your total dps increase for this particular power will be 33.65+7.16= 40.81. Again this is assuming alpna is effected by ED.
