I have a Takumy piece finally, so awesome. Selene's my little winged, colorblind, very shy, albino whose also unfortunatly a bit of a klutz. I gave Takumy free reign on pose and outfit, and so we have what happens when Selene tries to dress up nice, trips over something and squeaks and falls over, causing someone to check if she's okay, much to her embarrasment.

Just saying the figs themselves are naturally a bit soft, without the water, so care is needed

Metal, but not the highest quality, so you do have to be careful how much pressure you're putting on them, I think all of them I've done I've had to bend the base back to perpendicular on them because I held them by it while adjusting stuff.

But hey, at $3 I don't feel so bad about getting a pair of wire cutters and lopping off hands and heads and such :7

FWIW, these guys make great CoH character minis if you're willing to kitbash, they run about $3 apiece

You can actually just chuck the powers, open up your powers tab, right click, remove power. If you aren't particularly attached to those powers, poof no fx. If you are, well, yeah, follow the advice of others

As for signature stuff, can't really help you there, none of my high visibility characters have a distinctive, unique to them, thing really :7

Thanks for the advice, my foreshortening is one of those odd things where some days its good and some days its really ugly I'm actually pretty happy with that, mostly its a chronic problem of drawing pointed shoes head on plus the fact that her legs are not proportioned right, but adjustments made there seemed to make it more pronounced than it already is.

I learned to draw from anime convention panels mostly, ideas like null space and warp and such fly right over my head in the context of drawing so I always appreciate when advice is given in the 'in small words' version too

Lucky you get two this week as unlucky me got to sit at work and watch a script run for three hours. Would have been three, but I forgot my sketchbook on day 2 and even if its free I can do better than backs of dead printouts

I deliberatly made myself draw things that when I had an idea after reading the description and seeing the pic I thought 'argh that'd be hard to draw right...' but I think I did okay.

I started this on Virtue, but interest seems to have dropped off, so here we are. I draw stuff in a very unrefined mostly not bad sort of anime style( eris-kai.deviantart.com ). And I suck at practicing. And I suck at drawing things I don't find interesting or have a good idea for.

So my solution is this, I open a window, 24 hours, in which you can post a screenshot or several and a one paragraph description of your character, and after 24 hours, I'll close the window, pick one, and give myself a week to draw it. You can keep submitting even if I don't pick you in a week, and all. If I'm really on top of it, I may occasionally sneak an extra one in.

So there you go, its Tuesday March 27th at noon, you have 24 hours, post away.
