I'm fine with the people in say, The Cape Radio channel knowing my global, I chose to join. I'm not cool with all of Atlas Park seeing it and constantly asking me if I want to fill or since I have a 50 to give them influence :7

The problem with that Daemodand is that not everyone wants the whole world to know their global.

We have a whole thread full of names people post up that are free, or offer up when they delete...Virtue Name Watch, its even a sticky. Just grabbed Brass Butterfly from there last night in fact.

I am a proponent of freeing up all names on accounts pre I5 or 6, whenever it was they added in globals, though. Seriously, if you have never logged in since they implemented that, you aren't even going to remember what names you had...

Hrm...while I do have my alter ego its not so much a cool name as one of those 'I can't believe I finally got it'. I'd guess for universal 'cool' factor it'd have to be Silverdust though if you get the references Killswitch Nine and Roxy Acetylene are pretty cool too.

So...here we are, Science pack, body type by costume slot....hello Devs, (maybe BaB, maybe Sexy Jay, I dunno whose emotes...) could we please please please now have the freaking sit emotes match up between genders? There is no excuse for why only males get to sit with arms over the back of a chair or a leg propped up on a couch....

My very not girly females would appreciate being able to flop on a couch like a normal person and not sit all prim and proper...

Aside from that really other than that the only use I see right now for characters is Kai having a mini/chibi form ala mini goddesses or Lumiere from Kiddy Grade when she has to split her attention :7

I think part of the SGness too is that a lot of us just don't have the time we once did to waste time doing whatever and would rather spend the time we do get with friends who know our characters.

Some storyline is out there, but generally open only to people who know who started it and kept small scale lest one idiot ruin things.

Solve the equation in the asteriods and hitting that number key broke the asteroid into smaller ones As for the tile thing, its a visual icon test, it presents you with subtly different versions of a popular icon, like Facebook or RSS feed and you have to pick the correct one.

That was an awful lot of pattern recognition mixed in with some visual icon memory....am I a sad individual for wanting a whole game of math asteriods?

And still, the only thing that pops into my head is the somewhat charred Paragon City Sunglass Hut wherein a miffed Bayani holds the last pair of Oakleys overhead and out of reach of an indignant Jae who has set his jacket on fire while the poor clerk hides behind the counter..... well I amuse myself at least ;D

The big one I can think of right now is making the pompoms of doom blue so that my energy/energy blaster doesn't look like she has two vastly different sets of powers when its all energy.

So many of my characters have things about them that were determined by the visuals of the powers (ie, one of mine has blue eyes, when she uses her psi ability they go purplish as psi is a pink/fuschia tone) that changing the powers color would affect too much.

From the perspective on new alts, I can say the future ability to recolor the Dark sets to a deep red actually tempts me for the first time to make a vampire or other blood based character. I can see a lot of white empathy being used for angelic divine power. I can also see an abundance of 'sith' with black electricity >.< Black with storm however would make for neat insect swarm effects.

1)Is there anything canonical about monkey island or giant DE, or is it just fun to have out there?

2)Is there some distinction storywise between red Nemesis and blue Nemesis mobs?

I'm sure I'll think of more later, now is nacho time....

Well there's some fun backstory going with DJ Facade and the Coalition for Audio Propaganda in Exile (otherwise known as C.A.P.E. ;7) and the resistance movement, probably wouldn't join an SG or anything, but its there for opportunities

Oh I have no doubts Wassy could do it, only that black on black detail is never easy and perhaps not worth the hassle if there isn't money/bribery involved

My only real catgirl is not my fault, she was the end result of thinking about 'what would happen if <character of a friend> was actually sane and had kids?' when participating in an alternate dimension based plot. Said character was already an ears and tail sort of catgirl, so Lina sorta inherited it.

Consequently she's more of a powersuited hero with ears and a tail than catgirl (oh, and obligatory LJ art plug )

I do have a perfectly normal human being who dresses up in a white and black full masked, eared and tailed costume and runs around with a pair of modified clawlike katar as Bya-ko, guardian of Paragon who people think is an actual catgirl though...

Of all the Kai art I have, aside from my initial super crappy drawing of her(as a clue of how old that is, she's holding a laptop and twirling an ethernet cord cause there was no such thing as 'wireless internet' >.&gt, that's actually the piece with the most legible lettering of her shirt :7
