It is a bit expensive for a 2day con, but then again I've never been to a con where they actually fed you a meal, so who knows how much extra something like that costs.

Hey, I got my job via learning to hack phpBB for my own (no longer operational) LLC and taking a chance rather than going back to embedded software, it can be a good thing, but takes a lot of work to get noticed for a job without the right experience, or make your own business succeed.

A bunch of the west coast Cape Radio crew who I haven't met are going along with some other friends on that side of the continent so I cashed in my flight credits to go and meet them and such If all goes well, there will be shirts and I'll be easily findable, if you go I'll definitely look out to say hi

I do have one psychic at the moment, and she pretty much handles it like having a mental cellphone. Yes, you *could* call random numbers just to see, but that's both awkward and mostly rude... but I have been around the sorts that basically say 'tell me what your character is thinking' and if I happen to be playing one of my two that's resistant to psi get really pissy when I say 'as far as you can tell, nothing'

Which, you know, kinda sucks when you have a couple characters who actually are just naturally resistant to Psi shenanigans because of strict discipline or sheer stubborness but everyone yells at you about trying to escape consequences, nevermind having characters whose only defense to Psi is a psychic going 'Seriously, I didn't need to know that, could you not be completely transparent with *everything* you are thinking about?' >.<

From her stance, the only thing I can see being natural is having her arm come out straight along the same line as the leg there, which, with the cross zipper pull, puts me in the mind of her having turned to face some sound/person after lighting a candle in a prayer candle rack, one of these things, match still in hand.

Also, if you ever have the intention of taking it in print to a con or whatnot, designing to 8.5 x 11 is a good thing.

With the addition of power customization, an action shot or two is probably a good idea for color schemes.

Not here (yet, you never know where the stories might go) but I have in the past over IRC games and PnP RPGs, if its really makes for awesome story, its worth doing, even if its hard to let go sometimes

Not *that* cool of a tablet monitor, I have a Hitachi Starboard, but the anchor tool lets you plot points, and then using handles, pull the section of line between two points into a curve, so for instance to slap an outline on a circle you'd put down 4 points at the top, bottom, left, and right and between each pair pull the line out til it matched the curve of the circle. It works really well for making 'inks' of scanned pencil sketches for instance. Also very awesome for cel shading coloring.

But! Even when using the pen, the anchor and curve tools are wonderful things for making lines btw

Well, costume I'd have to mess with, but story wise....here's a go at it, kinda creepy fair warning

His name is Nathanial, and was a normal guy, one day gets a letter that he has inherited the estate of a great uncle he never knew about. Was an eclectic guy, old house full of strange things, some magical. For some reason, he says there, maybe he needed a place to live, maybe he was sick of roomates, whatever, and starts poking around at things and finds a widget/plot device with a raven on it and a note attached to never open it someplace dusty and/or secret roomy. In the vein of Poe, it haunts him until he just has to open it, maybe seeing birds flying around, or hearing them where there are none. When he does open it, there's a still mostly alive raven pinned to the bottom of the widget/plot device, and it breaks the seal on a family curse the bird was a substitute for, so metal spines, dark powers, can't get rid of it or rest/die til he atones for something his family did long time ago.

Maybe that'll give you some inspiration

Heh, yeah, I'm good with blatantly stealing ideas, her original outfit was black hair and the black angelic pattern on white tights ala Paragon Protector(her name is going to end up some combination of Dark, Black, Radiance/Radiant, Star once I pry some combination thereof out of someones hands on Virtue), but considering she's not all with it, after seeing C.C. I was like 'ooh, straitjacketish buckle straps....' and adjusted her in game saved outfit to flared pants and sleeves. :7

And sorta yeah Jugg, its supposed to be her laying on the floor in the psychward, coming around to sanity again, so kinda ragdollish flop. So irritating because I know I've seen that pose 8 million times, but could not for the life of me think of a specific character or anime to go image hunting for >.< And 'anime girl floor prone' is really not something you want to plug into Google
