I made a custom AV who would always open with aim + inferno. It was hilarious and frustrating at the same time since inferno can one shot you due to the dot tagged on.

Subjective feedback: These aren't dropping nearly often enough. I've had 1 drop after 632 kills. Also, some appear to drop more often than others (the shield wall unique for example appears to be very rare based on how many have gone through the market).

detention field is pretty amazing on the stf...

the uniques also exemp down to all levels. as to whether that's intended, I don't know.

I think what makes flash arrow different is that its autohit (I think), and you're useless if you're blind. Other sets aren't as bad. In your example, willpower minions you can still fight, and rad blast LTs you can still fight.

I've done a lot of arcs that give enemies flash arrow recently. I would recommend using this power sparingly, as it seems to be autohit, and if you give it to minions/Lts, it means being permablinded the whole fight even if you bring yellows (since you get a lot stacked on you). I do enjoy the change of pace, but maybe only give it to a couple rare enemies in the mission rather than everyone?

No it's the +3% resistance one. I did manage to get the defense one for a huge price lol.

I'm not sure what's best, but my controllers and doms have been doing poorly. People like giving their custom critters mez protection >.<

It is there. Just can't remember where. It's at the bottom of one of the tabs.

Sadly fraps only does 30 seconds at a time (at least the version I have). If you have a toon on Champion, or just make a level 1, I'm happy to show you. It takes about 3 hours.

And for me it would definitly be soloing an 8 man spawn of romans on the third miss of he ITF by using Siren's Song and Mass Hypnosis repeatedly, just gave me this god like feeling.
