The 'quirks' of telekinesis makes it extremely situational, and very skippable considering the rest of mind control. I really wish it could get a looking at from the devs.
-
I'm happy to be a team lead if you still need. I didn't see this post until today.
@Kahlan.
(will be on Emrys) -
You can add both bonuses I believe. I was able to a while back, but didn't end up finishing it.
-
I was hoping for thermal/fire as well. Oh well.
-
Making the freedom phalanx harder than they already are will make a lot of people cry. I would find it a nice challenge, but I guarentee you a lot of people would cry.
The ONE thing I would absolutely love to happen is to have the freaking technician fixed. He has been stupid and buggy forever. Just make him spawn in the lab and be done with it! -
Not a bad idea, but also be very careful. This is actually a nerf in disguise to those doms that are currently able to permahold AVs.
-
I love the scrapper forums, and hate playing scrappers. I spend a lot of time there, because they are generally intelligent, useful, and kind.
-
Man I'm sad I missed this. I'd give up all my infamy/influence for an i12 pvp zone.

PToDs?

Yes, but like I said he had a confuse stacked on him with mag in the high 60s, low 70s. That overcomes the 50 from the ptod plus the base. -
Yep it's a quicker animation time.
-
I wanted to see how much difference the animation time change to confuse made. So I put a level 52 Positron in an AE mission, used the MK III Power Analyzer, and started stacking confuse. The mag hovered in the high 60s, low 70s. Anyhow what boggled me is that the instant I attacked, even with him clearly confused, he would attack back (and kill me very quickly). Is this a new thing? Is it AE related? Any thoughts?

dark/kin corruptor would be an interesting one
-
Definitely take benumb. Even if you aren't facing an AV, it makes whatever you hit it with useless. Great against bosses/EBs as well.
Frostwork is skippable, but on a corruptor it can be really great since you will be teaming with brutes a lot (who benefit quite a bit from it). -

I am super amazing. The end.

Just change the 336699 to whatever hex color you want. See http://www.w3schools.com/Html/html_colors.asp for a list of values. -
Rain powers do not work, nor do fireball or aura type powers. I have heard that bonfire and force bubble work, but have not confirmed this.
-
To answer your last question, yes if you have enough recharge.
-
It does work in them, and you don't have to activate the power to get the bonus. It's always on.
-
I couldn't agree more. Other than the lag, I absolutely love the ITF. If only other TFs were as good.
-
I DID bug it, and I DID post on the forums about it. I don't know what else was expected.

Still no stf fix?

Which STF fix were you expecting?

the one where the repairmen instantly heal towers upon spawning. thus making killing them next to impossible

this. It used to be my favorite task force... -
I play my villains quite a lot so feel free to look me up.
