Yeah I'd love a dev comment on this, even if it's just 'we're working on it',
-
I'd be pretty unhappy if they changed it. I only have 3 characters, which isn't nearly enough to store all my inf. (And I don't want to make dummy inf holders as I like only having characters I actually play)
-
Incinerate if you must take one. There's no better choice?
-
Both are very strong; I much prefer mind/fire though. Being able to be all ranged makes surviving even easier.
-
Also many thanks to horus for helping me finally manage the duo stf!
-
So I took your challenge to heart AlienOne. Although I haven't tried it with a defender yet, here are the results with my fortunata:
+4/x8 Arachnos with bosses
no temps
no inspirations
no click accolades
no spawn splitting

Please note this isn't meant as a 'one-up'. I just saw the challenge you gave and it sounded like fun
I may try on my defender later, but I suspect it will be a lot harder. -
-
I always end up with psi... mez protection is just soooo useful.
-
Unobtainable badges is the reason I don't try for any badges at all.

If anyone could give the stats on ninja run I would be most grateful! (end usage, speed increase, etc)

Quote:For the boundaries of level zone ranges, I have found from experience that the mayhem you receive is entirely dependent on which zone you are in (in this case PO or Cap).Actually, if you are level 10, you have a 50/50 chance of getting either the Atlas or King's Row mission. I assume it's the same for the other 'in betweens' as well.
It is possible that these experiences are purely coincidental, but I have done it enough times that this would surprise me a lot. -
I thought it was referring to slot placement level. Didn't realize it was about power choice level as well. It can be hard to give advice on a build without knowing what levels powers were taken at.
-
I would recommend taking eclipse as soon as it is available.
Also, if you can afford it, the panacea set is better than doctored wounds.
And I agree with Silas about proc placement. -
Quote:They better be able to, or I will be quite unhappy. When Going Rogue comes out will VEATs be able to switch sides also? I seen in the Hero Con clip that mentioned when starting out in Pretoria you can pick one of the 10 AT's and become a Loyalist or Resistance. Well They are 14 AT's that include VEATs and Kheldians in the game. Are the Epic AT's locked in or will they be able to switch side by becoming a Rogue or Vigilante? I tried to search for the answer, but my searching skills are not the greatest.

I have some info that might be useful:
Suppose you have a level 10 character. If you do papers in Port Oakes, your Port Oakes broker will give you the 5-10 mayhem. If you do papers in Cap, your Cap broker will give you the 10-15 mayhem.
So as long as you leave characters on the boundaries of zone level ranges you should be alright. -
I love that video, haha
now to do it with just brawl... -
Quote:I dislike that the -damage is only for fire. I'm not complaining though, cold is a great set. Infrigidate just isn't a power I like. One slot for accuracy is boggling:
Target:
RunSpeed, SpeedJumping, FlySpeed -0.875 for 20s
Effect does not stack from same caster
RechargeTime, JumpHeight -87.5% for 20s [Ignores Enhancements & Buffs]
Effect does not stack from same caster
Max RunSpeed -3.5 for 20s PvE only [Ignores Enhancements & Buffs]
Effect does not stack from same caster
Defense -0.313 for 20s
Effect does not stack from same caster
DMG(Fire) -37.5% for 20s [Ignores Enhancements & Buffs]
Effect does not stack from same caster
Which part of this don't you like? The -damage on bosses is very nice. I slot for SO equivalents of 2 ACC, 2 DefDebuff, and 1 Recharge. A proc in there sounds juicy, too. -
Yes that's my experience. I just snuck away and checked in game and that is how it is operating still.
-
Interesting, my experience in game with this was that it is possible. I will have to check when I get home today. Perhaps something has changed.
-
However you can have 5 lotg 7.5s as well as 5 recharge bonuses of 7.5 from other sources.
-
Sleet procs don't check very often (10 seconds or something), so I didn't bother since I was tight on slots anyway. It can be worth it in Infrigidate though if you find yourself using it frequently.
I have sleet frankenslotted to max out recharge and slow.
I have infrigidate slotted with just a single accuracy since I rarely use it. -

Quote:People asked not to be shielded in PVE?!Though after yesterday's PvE teaming and having so many ask not to be shielded, I wonder if I should even take the shields for PvE purposes now. :/
I will take any and all buffs in pve. Even if they make me look like a pink turtle. -
I'm assuming the answer is that we don't know yet, but just wanted to check.
Do we know what happens if you have bids up for something on the market (or items placed on the market) and switch sides? -
