    basically clarity or howl

EDIT: decided to skip it for various reasons, one of which is that procs benefit from -res but not +dam

could always dual build into combat jumping/acro and taunt.
  4. Should I take aim on my sonic/sonic? I'm on the fence. Seems like it might be better to skip it in favor of just stacking more -res.

*pardon the title, I meant aim not build up

    Awesome thank you

[base numbers at level 50] ie, Corruptors do 40.7 damage - 83.41 damage if Scourge kicks in. Blasters are stuck with 52.56 damage. Defenders get it worst, since it's in a secondary for them, they pay as much as Blasters but only get to do 30.36 total with it.
Interesting, but then why don't the other tier 1 blasts follow this pattern?
  7. Out of curiosity does anyone know why shriek costs more endurance for corruptors than defenders and blasters? (6.19 as opposed to 4.37)
  8. Sadly forts are pretty useless in pvp nowadays
  9. Just a note: ninja run doesn't work for masters runs, if you plan to do any.

There is. If you have a competent stalker it makes the ambushes a lot easier to deal with.

They have also reduced the size of the ambushes somewhat recently, which makes the badge a bit easier (although I personally preferred it when there were more).

I'm curious how this works as well. Could you explain?

Instead of a tier 3 blast you get a summonable pet that fires Charged Bolts every 5 seconds for a full minute. That's 12 Charged Bolts that fire off, independant of anything else you may be doing, that don't cost you endurance beyond what it costs to summon Voltaic Sentinal.

When people say "Electric Blast's damage sucks!", they are almost never taking Voltaic Sentinal into account. I guarantee the devs are taking it into account when they balance the sets with each other.
Sadly Voltaic Sentinal is rarely smart about what it attacks, so to me it is not enough to make up for the lack of a tier 3 blast.
  17. I'd drop dart burst if anything. It's up to you though, not a big deal either way.
  18. A good build, I'd recommend dropping CT: O for TT: A, since you already have plenty of +acc and +tohit elsewhere in the build. I also personally love gloom for its amazing dps and the fact that it gives you another damage type vs enemies that are highly resistant to psi (robots).
  19. Awesome, thank you Tylerst!

It's saved my neck plenty oftimes.
All of my characters are soft-capped, I'm just asking out of curiosity really. There seems to be disagreement about the answer, so I'll probably end up testing it on a dual build or something.
  21. Just tested this last night:

lvl 50 ss/wp brute with 85% global recharge, 3 slotted hasten, and the force feedback proc in footstomp. I used a mission where I could activate foot stomp as soon as it recharged and always have max targets. The proc went off on the majority of foot stomps, and allowed me to have permahasten.
  22. Would acro protect you from a mag 3 hold (pve)? The protection is mag 2, but I seem to recall that players get a base protection of 1.
  23. I'll echo sonic as a possible secondary. Quite survivable (especially with IOs on top of the mez protection and resistance) and extremely useful team buffs/debuffs. For a primary to pair with it, sonic and fire are both great choices.
