    Powerpuff Kadmon and Shrike!

    [/ QUOTE ]

Awesome! The only problem I see is that Kadmon wears brown, but he DOES have a red costume in the style Love it!

Also, sorry for opening the floodgates. I, ah, kinda forgot how hungry the other forumgoers are for art

Eh? I thought that WAS brown! It's a kind of reddish brown...but when compared to the eagle it's definitely brown-y.

The screenshots made it look kind of maroon-y so I didn't go with the brownest brown.... Now I'm wondering if I'm going nuts XD

    [/ QUOTE ]

Ah, I think I know where the disconnect occured Kadmon has maroon stripes where Shrike had the dark blue ones In any case, no worries, you aren't losing it

    art help please

The [img] tag doesn't work on these forums. Just thought I'd point that out.
  4. Sweet If you need better reference images, just ask, I can get on the game at almost any time to get more
  5. Heh, would it be too much to ask for Kadmon and Shrike chibis? If so, don't give it another thought. If it isn't too much trouble, the link to some screenshots is in my sig, and Kadmon (Broadsword/Regen) is the one in brown, and Shrike (Sonic/Dark) is the one in blue.
  6. All right, now all I need is another... errr... $1,650 for the comic book thingy I want

    ....

I should probably start saving now...

Well, even if I probably won't be able to get anything close to what I would want, good to see you back up and running, Mr. Jedi.
  7. I think I might've been overlooked because I didn't actually post a link to my character portraits in the post body. However, the link to my pictures is in my signature (Kadmon [Male], Broadsword/Regen/Dark; Masked Shrike [Female], Sonic/Dark/Dark). Feel free to draw them at your leisure.
  8. There are two characters in my sig that can be drawn Kadmon is BS/Regen, Shrike is Sonic/Dark. Feel free to draw them
  9. You can help yourself to the characters in here. I always love to see drawings of my characters
  10. Now that I think about it, there were a couple of people who influenced me beyond Stamp.

Aprifex - He taught me what NOT to do when playing a Defender. That is, it's a good idea not to gather all the aggro on yourself, then die horribly. He was called Justice's Debtfender for a good reason (that being that he amassed over 14 million debt during the end of CoH beta Rikti Invasion , and he died more often than any other Kin/Elec I've ever met.)

Blood Claw (I think that was his name. He was in Juvenile Justice) - I learned from him never to actually trust the advice of other players. Because I listened to him, I didn't end up taking Integration until level 30. He told me that I was better off taking Slash than Integration, and that being my first character, I believed him. Allow me to assure you, 16 until 30 were very painful levels for me that first time.

Team Awesome as a whole - They've shown me that, no matter what the topic, the conversation can and will quickly degrade into something having to do with lots of innuendo and a side order of unwelcome and impossible to shake mental images. I've been scrubbing my brain with soap, water, battery acid, and one of those steel wool thingies for the past... errr... however many months its been since it was formed, back in the days of the Global Chat Beta
  11. The only person I actually talked to much before I started attending Hami raids was Stamp. Stamp kinda influenced my APP pick (Because I found it hilarious watching Hellions fly hundreds of yards for so little damage ), and beyond that I didn't know of or talk to any of you maniacs until Team Awesome was formed. So... bugger off and let me sleep!

    *goes back to sleep*

Soooooooo, Is anybody gonna tell us what PSP means??

I'm gonna guess your kidding but humor you anyway
A PSP is a Handheld Playstation. Costs a lot. And is making the DS look RREEEEAAAALLLL dumb.

Dude, have you even SEEN Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow? That game is fuggin' incredible in a way I can't properly describe in words!
  13. It was funny, I was watching Stampead (on his Stalker) attack Positron yesterday. He looked at his powers, saw "Resistance," then yelled "POSITRON HAX!!!1!"

I swear to you, not four seconds after that, Posi looked DIRECTLY at him, then punched Atomic Blast It was [censored] glorious
  14. I still think Gravers need a boost. I haven't seen a single Earth Meld Graver since the third fission, probably in no small part because they have that glaring lack of defenses against Genetic Damage, and almost all the new enemies at the time were using it. Solar Meld isn't in much better of a position, because its pet (Solar Shifter) takes three times as much damage as normal from Genetic, and can barely deal any damage when it chooses forms (We should really be allowed to choose its form, I don't know how many times I've had it act like it was going to become a Mancusan Dentrid, only to become a Rakari Ice Marrow) until it can sap energy from nearby Light Forges (which, I might add, are few and far between when in-mission). My FER stat at least makes it so I can keep a steady stream of Shifters for when mine inevitably gets ionized, but it's really annoying having to reconstitute them from their basic elements.

This is somewhat unrelated, but why are there so many Nihilata Cleric Droids and Lorants Gravebinders in the Horact Fire Mines? It doesn't really make sense, those two groups utterly despise eachother, so why are they working together in there (This is a Scale 5.5-6.3 area, level 60-82)?
  15. Dude, nerf Spotters.

I was on a team with one, level 49 or so. The things he did put my level 55 Sulphuric Cloud/Solar Meld Graver (With Shadow Dabbling no less!) to shame! Honestly, I've never seen anything like it, that guy tore apart Rashids my level and above without even dropping below 3/4 health! I can only do that with some serious Soma backup, and this guy, six levels under me, does it EFFORTLESSLY! There is no excuse for that!

Either nerf Spotters, or give Gravers some kind of boost. I hear that Earth Meld is kinda gimped, which might explain why we don't see too many of those around the Orrant Orchards.

On topic though, you should see the later missions with the Mancusans. If their info doesn't tell you everything, I'll let the map open your eyes.
  16. I thought it was "With great power comes breadsticks" or something like that.

Comic tie-ins are fun. (take a look at the comic title)
  17. Personally, I'd prefer it remained the way it is. As it stands, I can roll up an alt in Galaxy with little worry of someone running up, KSing me, then attributing it to the fact that "I have a habit of finding enemies." *Sigh* I remember the first idiot who did that to me. It's amazing how persuasive thinly veiled threats against ones loved ones, hometown, even their whole planet can be
