    Hey!
'The Money Pit' is a comedic masterpiece.

And I do like Cast Away. I can't recall Tom's acting, because it's been a while, but my entire focus was on the moment when you realize there hasn't been a musical score until he's off the island. It's a very powerful scene because of that simple thing. Sure, the imagery at the end is way too literal, but on the whole, it's a worthwhile, simple movie with some excellent images and uses of soundtrack.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Agreed. Castaway was a movie that let's you sit back and think, feel his pain as the character struggles. Sadly most people want glitter and ''explosions' and get bored with movies that portray nothing but acting.

Was that the best movie I ever saw? No but Castaway had emotion and we enjoyable to watch.......though its one of those movie you really only want to see once.

But everyone has his/her own taste, no sense in people fighting over each other's opinions......just move on.
  10. I go where ever there are people that will play with me

    >.>

    <.<

Actually its time to reopen my SG on Virtue since I have yet to find a group with a decent archery range
  11. I want to wish a very happy birthday to Rowrsie, who is the only reason I am still playing the game.

I made a little something, hope you like it:

    Surprise Party

*First time using the comic book editor and photoshop so its pretty bad.

I wish you a wonderful day and many, many presents on you special day.

    I<3<3<3 Rowr.

    *huggles*
  12. Awww spoil my plans

*Goes back to working on super secret project*
  13. 'Hero vs Villain Showdown' is the second group drawing I, Rowr, and others had done by Brandon. I wanted a classic 'both sides ready to clash' scene and Brandon delivered once again.

    Rumble in Bloody Bay

    Heroes:

    Valk
    Sanno (Lyguy)
    Rowr
    Liquid Kourage
    CyberLynx (Brandon)
    Caios

    Villains:

    Reiraku
    Thurstan (Lyguy)
    Omicron Cypher (Maverick)
    Death Shieker
    Silent Flower (Hemily)
    Karnage (Caios)

Two of the character's were an SG contest winners and hope the enjoy the drawing. Now I am off to make plans for the next group masterpiece, which will have a touch of humor.

    *huggle*
  14. The Candra drawing turned out very nice, quick also.

Heh, http://rabidwookiee.deviantart.com/ <--That's a me! Funny thing, since I saw one wookiee ant the convention, as well as Peter Mayhew, good ol' Chewbacca. Oh, and there was a Power Girl there that would have made you drool >_> The one time I go to ECCC without my camera >_<

    [/ QUOTE ]

I did not see a powergirl, a slew of Stormtroppers and a girl dressed up as someone for a booth.

Though I only could stay 40 minutes or so. I should go as Power Girl next time, though my boobs are a wee bit smaller than hers

Personally, having "alot" of art is really pointless if they are of low quality. With art, quality is much more important than quantity. Given the choice, I'd take 1 Farlow over 20 JTran's anyday...*chuckle*

Given the choice I'd take 1 Jomaro Kindred over 20 Farlows!

'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder': One artist might be perfection to a person while that same artist might be 'intersting' to another, what really matters is your opinion.

Personally I enjoy all my art, each have a special meaning to me.....especially those from Jtran
