The OP was saying, I believe, that he runs all of his characters at 0/x8.

So Fulmens was seeing how what he had did at 0/x8 with just SO's, to start.

The point was that the game isn't balanced at 0/x8 with just SO's.

At least, I believe that was the point.

They fixed my Vet badge award in about a day, so I would agree something is very wrong.

It doesn't happen in PvP, so I don't see the big deal.

Whatever it is, it is verrrrrry low.

If the new lvl 50 content is good and they expand leveling pacts, then I would think so.

It was talked about when they were first introduced, but nothing has happened yet.

I am really hopeful that Going Rogue will see an expansion of leveling pacts.

Level pacts may keep me here forever.

Fir Bolg, Winter Horde and Redcaps only drop Arcane salvage. Of course there is a shortage of Tech salvage. Make some cash!

Well, I was on a scrapper.

Still, I remember them doing the summon pretty quick in the past.

Just did a BP mission, and noticed that not one Death Shaman summoned a pair of zombies?

Was this changed, or just random chance?
