EDIT : Checking the wiki there is nothing about cancelled billing screwing up level pacts, only accounts going inactive. This is a pretty good indicator right there that you are mistaking your terms.

I'm not a red name, but I just went into my NC account and canceled my billing. The game remains playable until whatever date you've pre-paid until, it just shows your sub options as "none." When 11/29 rolls around, simply re-activate your billing with the 12+2, or 6+1, promotional option.

If you're really nervous about it, do both (cancel + resub) at the same time, next Monday.
