There is a lot of people that are going to grab Tough now.
Expect a freespec with Issue 21 - there are soooo many changes that they have announced already that I can't imagine them not granting one. -

Yeah that part was to an earlier post but TA still beats Dark Miasma even with double tar patch for -res.

I bet it does. Double disruption arrow should stack - it's a pet. Acid arrow won't but disruption should.
Dark Miasma only gets -30 from tar patch, by the way. -

Sonic/sonic should really be the highest -res while leveling. If it isn't, then it could be argued that changes should be made to make sure it is. Both sets revolve around the manipulation of resistance - that's the main gimmick of the sets.
-30% from Siphon +
-30% from Disruption +
-20% for every blast
Toss in Assault from leadership and that's another 18~% damage.
EDIT: oh, cold might be up there too, I forgot that Heat Loss stacks -res on top of sleet (shame on me, I have a 50 cold/ice def.)
Trick Arrow>Radiation though for -res. -

Titan Weapon scrapper or tank for thematic purposes. -
Even though Melt Armor > Tar Patch, Tar Patch is up waaaay faster and at that level everyone's accuracy is so high the -def won't make a huge impact.

True, but it's a shame to have to uglify Charlize just to make her less beautiful to fit the role. Ah well.

I totally understand the OP.
I just can't get into other scrappers after purpling out my fire/fire and going tier 4 in all incarnate slots with two separate tier 4 Lore pets.
He is just that fun and crazy powerful.
I am just speaking on the one archetype on purpose. -
Have they officially been announced for Issue 21 though? I know Time Manip is coming with Issue 21 officially, but haven't heard about Beam Rifle/Street Justice/Heavy Weapons coming with that issue yet.

Fire/fire scrapper. This combo works so well that I have kind of tarnished the archetype for myself. I can't seem to enjoy any other combo quite as much. Damage beast!

That's why I never mentioned that - I never mentioned 8 man teams or anything about composition - it's already been proven mathematically that fire is really the only bullets that make sense unless you solo.
Granted, if you are in a duo and your partner is squishier than you, then sure, use normals. -
It was mentioned in this very thread and it is also right on the DVD, you can see him doing the motion capture.

Don't worry OP, I liked the first Hulk better. 3 big reasons:
1) Better story and character development.
2) The Hulk looked more real, IMO, and not fake and plasticy (a word I made up) like in the second one.
3) Bana > Norton.
