    I think the whole "lets give the enemy Intangible" is the biggest problem. Possible fixes include substituting Stun for Intangible, or substituting Stun+KB (my favorite) for Intangible. Could also give the TEAM Intangible, rather than the enemy; that might work.

    Other thoughts welcome.
    My thought was to make it a giant Placate. I guess that would be similar to a sleep but the problem would be enhancement sets.

    Ah ok, so every single powerset in the game that has Aim or Build Up is a combo system you hate. That's gotta be upsetting. Any attack that debuffs resistance that modifies further attacks bugs you too, or having concentrated strike crit and instantly recharge a build up type power, etc etc etc

    Titan Weapons does not use any kind of combo system whatsoever. It just speeds up additional attacks after any of the first attack you choose hits. It's pretty brainless.

  11. Has anyone seen any good builds, even if it is not for permadom? I never see ice/ice dominators when I play at all ever.

    I have a very old Ice/Ice at level 46 that I tried out again last night and he is a massive end hog.

    A build would be great, if anyone has anything regarding this combo, or other tips/comments on the combo.

  13. I don't think I have ever gotten any Paragon Rewards tokens since the time that system was implemented. I have had 37 tokens and bought all of the VIP tier 9 on day one and have never received anything since. I have never bought anything in the regular tier 9 section.

  18. Finally picked up that Theft of Essence proc. Damn. Whoever said it was designed with Dark Regen in mind was absolutely correct. Use it when fully saturated and you actually get more end back than what you started with (when dark regen is slotted correctly.)

    You must be talking about a controller only, because there is very little mitigation in Poison.
