Poison will probably never go to defenders.

Accuracy should always be slotted first, then end cost IMO - and I mean double slotting acc for the most part.

Damage would be last depending on the AT - blasters can go for damage a bit more IMO.

How does one slot Arctic Air? I see 3 end cost, but is the confuse worth it? Should I grab Shiver? Why is ice/ice only getting a single nerf in Issue 15 outside of the standard base buffs every dom is getting? Is it really that good?

When slotting, please only discuss it as plain IOs or SOs so I can see where it is going a bit better - sets come way later for me.

I got to level 12 with a new one and just looking for direction. My highest dom is a 46 plant/thorn and the highest I ever got a controller was in the mid 30s. I have had a hard time getting into control sets but I am no noob to the game. As an example, I am able to take advantage of the 60 month vet badge and grabbed super jump at level 10 without opening the leaping pool.

I used to think OG but when I switched to CoF, even though it's pretty much a 6 slot requirement, I noticed smaller end problems, simply because OG forces you to use dark regen more often.

Granted, YMMV depending on if you are the alpha-taker in huge spawns and what not...

Plus, I am speaking from the brute side of things.
