Yeah put those slots into Placate instead.

Quote:Yeah, what I'm saying is if those same 24 all take radial, you are going to be at the -res cap on top of the dots anyway, guaranteed, if we are going with that argument, so it still makes way more sense to go radial.I'm not trying to convince you to take it. I'm explaining to you why the devs may not want the Core side's resistance debuff numbers larger. Six times the Radial DoT (the reported stacking max for the DoT) is probably a crapton less DPS than +10% of the total DPS of a 24-man League laying into 10% (max stacked) -RES. Making the -RES larger will only increase that gap.

Quote:You have to calculate resists and having those same teammates all using radial but yeah I don't think anyone could convince me to go Core over Radial when it comes to Interface Reactive. That one's not so cut and dry, in my opinion. Core Reactive's total DPS increase is 10% of all sources. If you're on a team or league, that 10% extra damage can easily outstrip the straight additive DPS you net with even max-stacked Radial Reactive.
Solo, I'll agree Core is generally weaker. I don't think it's safe to assume Core is balanced for what it does for you solo.
...besides, that 25% chance for radial to do the exact same -res from all teammates will easily cap against hard targets, especially since I have a damage aura. -
...on a Stalker you get Build Up pretty much any time you want though...
-
Which IMO makes it pretty much the best version of KM. I mean, build up pretty much any time you want it.
-
Yes, stalkers get Build Up which is a much better idea than having Siphon. Once you get Concentrated Strike at level 32, if you crit from hide, it will instantly recharge Build Up.

...of course. Some people take the second M in MMO and try to bury it in the backyard, but I'm not that anti-social. They won't make updates to the game anymore with hardly anyone playing it either.
-
It has been many years since I last heard an estimate on subs for this game, and at the time I thought it was somewhere around 120k; I realize they never officially release any numbers but does anyone have a more recent estimate after Going Rogue came out?
-
ITFs are your friend when it comes to getting shards.
-
Yeah I think it does. My fire/fire scrapper's fire resist is a diff color since I am capped.
-
After checking that out, they sound pretty darn balanced, across the sets, and across the trees.
Matter of fact until I read that I was pretty sure I was going for Seer Radial for the invincible healing and buffing pet, but I would lose out on a huge amount of damage.
Is there any difference between the tier 3 radial and the tier 4 radial for Seers? Does the heal or fortitude go up or anything? -
Speaking of which, I wouldn't mind seeing ice stalkers. I think that could be pretty sweet, even if they don't tweak it much.

Quote:It's squishy even with Tough but I gotta tell ya, my fire/fire scrapper does such insane damage... and it all starts with Burn.IMHO Fiery Aura is crap on Scrappers (I have a 50 Fiery Scrapper so I know first hand).
I am not saying this to brag, but last night my wife and I were on a MoBAF run where one team had less damage than mine, and I told our leader I was going over to help them catch up.
Well, I ended up doing that twice in the last phase because just my presence alone made us pass up the other team in less than a minute.
Granted, I have procs in every single attack, including armageddon and hecatomb, on top of having a tier 4 interface reactive radial, and yeah, I eat purples like mad but whoo boy the damage... Usually build up + burn destroys all whites but then add fsc into it and only nearly dead bosses are left.
Kinda silly that Burn only hits 5 targets though, but having procs go off once every 10 sec in blazing aura on top of every single tick with reactive radial adds a huge amount of damage over time.
Yeah, it's squishy, but I bet I can kill more stuff before I die before any other scrapper in the same time period. Look me up sometime on Virtue - I play FlintEastwood. -
Not just that, but Core Reactive having a chance to do 10% more damage before resistances are applied is laughable. Radial Reactive does far, far more damage over time. It's not even close.

What do you consider better, Trick Arrow or Poison?
-
Quote:Same with adding your poison info here, that would be great.I just wanted to let everyone know that I started a guide looking at MM secondary powerset debuffs. I was prompted by this discussion here. I've already gotten some great feedback and suggestions. Additional eyes on it and more feedback would be great. You can find the draft guide in my signature.

Changes are always made to power sets when they are proliferated, with a few exceptions.
-
I should probably mention, that I realize there are other problems with other sets in the game, specifically some powers.
Now, I still have a PM from Castle stating that he had ideas about changes to phase shift powers to make them more useful, but nothing happened with that. I also had talks with him about a bug I found that he stated they were trying to reproduce that I caught on video, where I could train my thugs, dismiss them, summon them, and then summon a FFG which would cause duffel bags to be thrown to all my newly summoned thugs and train them all for the cost of an FFG summon, and that never was fixed either (it is great for the player but it is still a bug) from over a year ago. -
Well, there was a hint at possible power proliferation in issue 21. If corruptors get poison, it will just bring more people to our cause.
-
I've been around since beta and only took one break, sometime after issue 16 - the game seemed to stall around then.
Looking forward to staying here until the end. -
Yes this is lag, not frame rate loss, definitely server side lag we are all seeing. Not sure if it is the patch or that the patch gave some hope to more very rares dropping causing more people to log in or what.

What card do you have?
Also, this is the wrong forum for this - there is a tech help section.
