Ahh, I misspoke. I do want to level to 50, but the toon is for running speed solo Positron tf's(th original version via Ouruboros). Dunno why, but I really enjoy running these. SO level locked wasn't the right term, I'll just be focusing on up to level 20 due to auto-exempt.

I want to make my lvl 20 locked troller have recharge and +dmg set bonuses. anyone have any ideas?

Wish I could help, but the launcher STILL doesn't work for me at all. Alpha_Wolf is working on the issue, and has had me do a few things here and there, but still no go. You could try to contact him (her?) and see if they can help. It seems like there are still alot of issues to be fixed with this.

BOOM! Got into safemode and ran malwarebytes, it found 4 traces, kileed them. SEEMS to have been taken care of. All my network stuff was set to use proxies, unchecked those. all the .exe stuff seems fine. So far so good. Thanks all!

For some reason, my keyboard goes inactive during part of the boot-up process ( all or most of my usb ports seem to do this), so hitting f8 isn't working. I've had this usb issue for a long time, don't know why it happens.

Is there another way to get into safe mode? I am able to get into setup and boot menu, but it seems like the time window for hitting f8 is in the period when my keyboard goes dead. (I can tell it's inactive because the lights under the keys go out, as do the lights on my Fang controller)

OK, Bill. Before I left for class this morning I found the MBAM.EXE in the infected computer and renamed it, but the virus shut it down when I tried to run it. Should I expect a different result this afternoon when I DL it to another comp and transfer it over?

Yeah, Hyper, I just recently re-installed windows, so I shouldn't have too much of an issue if i need to re-install. THinking about upgrading to Win 7 anyway.

hmm...f8 doesn't seem to do anything, i just wind up booting like normal. I do get the option to hit tab or delete for setup or bootscreen

SO i got this virus today, won't let me open anything that would maybe help. as soon as I open my anti-virus, anti-malware, taskmanager, internet, control panel, it closes the window and messages about not being protected and "click here so we can steal some cash from you to fix the problem we started" and whatnot.

So...any suggestions? I'm not computer savvy in the lest, so please keep it simple :P

I had a bane locked at 30 for awhile, worked villain tip missions pretty quickly. Might have to try a stalker though.

I just started working a bit with open office, but don't really know how to use it. I have so many toons now i gets hard to track who has what.
I was thinking of a spreadsheet or something similar to make it easier to track Amerits, Reward merits, AE tickets etc.

Anyone use anything like this?

The above build pretty much nailed it for my power pools, It was already a tight build on the way up. Just wasn't sure about patrons for him, or if i was going to take him redside for pools. I'll probably alpha him as he's become a pretty main toon for me.

Well, my Ice/Stone is nearly 50, and I want to start planning his build. He's pretty @#@$$ fantastic on just regular IO's. So I'm not sure what to go for bonus-wise. I'm thinking +regen and +recovery. Anyone have build suggestions? I'd like a build w/o purps for now.

I know claws/regen isn't the uber combo, but that's how i roll. I'm looking for 2 builds, one with purps, one without. I'd like to use GW's patron pool for shadow meld, and I'm assuming I want max +recharge. Any advice/builds appreciated :P
