there has long been a rumor that Jennifer Saunders would be the next Doctor...

very serious - that was the whole basis of the reboot - the story was the doctor had sacrificed everything, even his own people to lock the darleks and time lords in a loop to end the war - that he was the last...and when he and rose found the last darlek - it was in the near future of earth. The zillionaire collector had a darlek and had no idea what it was...he collected aliens and had no idea what a Darlek. The doctor even has a conversation with it, how they are the last two of thier kind...
The reboot was hinged on that fact - there were no more darlek or timelords - that was his great sadness he carried. Having darleks pop up like roaches seems to go against everything that brought dr. who back. Since they have brought back so many Darleks so many times, I wish they would bring back some time lords - the Rani, for example was ruthelss - if the master lived so should she...Romanna, the docotors time lord companion - I would think she would have survived somehow as well. -
I dislike the whole darlek storylines - while I understand the need for a villian, the beauty of the reboot of WHO was last time lord, everyone, everywhere, everywhen was dead..time lord and darlek. The episode where Rose and the DR. find the last darlek was awesome. Suddenly having billions of darleks all over the time stream is not true to the reboot. If they are going to have a billion darlek show up everytime, they should recton time lords again - rani, romana etc..

a couple of notes - I don't think you need three micros in ss and sj,
the panacea proc in health is not really necessary and probably worth more to fund other ios purchases than sitting in health.
if you 5 slot end do 3 p/shifters and 2 efficacy adapters for better set bonus pairings
better to put those extra slots in hibernate to three slot numinas for the hp boost
get you alpha incarnate and drop 1 recharge from hasten
I am sure others can give you a better build but something like this I think not as much +dmg but you have powerboost/aim and bu for your dmg - with boost range (still perma) you are at 80 foot blaze range +300 foot snipe and 120 foot flares and blast - I frankenslotted flares since it does great dmg and is up faster than it finshes and blast proced up does more than blaze with a lot better range.

so...question. If "they" don't leave the base how exactly are you pvping? Seems to me it is a tactic to get you droned. Sure pushing them back to the base I can see it, but really if the other side does not come out, why stand at their door? Is it no fun to be droned? YES! Is it no fun to be camped? YES!
Solution - don't camp base, won't get droned. -
I play have a kin corr I use in the zones....even better it is ar/kin...yeah I know I am badass.
