It stays the same color as it was when I hit random.

When I hit random it changes everything, skin color, costume, everything.
And I do.

Try hitting random a few times, or changing to one of the default costumes. Make sure you're choosing from the skin color palette (which is about 1/4 the size of the costume color palette).
And I am using the right palette for skin color. -

Make sure your face is actually showing "Face #" and not the name of a mask or makeup. -
No luck there.
I pressed the button, and it greyed out the colors linked bar and said nothing selected. Then when I go to put in the new skin color, whatever I put, it still stays the same purple color it was before. -
So I am creating my first hero. The problem that is annoying me is that whenever I pick the "skin color", his skin, for some reason, is the colors linked. I just want my character to have a plain skin color. How do I do it and stop his skin from being purple? I put the color on the skin color tab as a normal color, but it still hasn't changed.
