Hmmm. I see I see. I really didn't see that even ranged def got DRed and limited to 20%. Thanks for the info. Might have to adjust the build a bit.

My build focused on RANGED DEF. As I plan on fighting from RANGE, not Melee.

It all depends on your playstyle, I suppose. I like having both.
You can Hibernoob, and when you do, you're leaving yourself open to some Melee character, at least with both....this is just for MY playstyle.....you hit hibernoob, then queue Phase Shift, so that when you're surrounded while hibernoobing, you can easily get away. -
This is what I have. With this type of blaster, you plan on fighting from range most of the fight, until they drop to a significant number, then close in for the kill. I took Phase Shift because you really can't up Melee defense significantly unless you want to sacrifice dmg. Perception is only important for stalkers. If you fight stalkers, then maybe. But gearing up for ONLY that will leave your end vulnerable, since you want the leadership pool.
I planned this build for survival, high HP, and Ranged Defense.

You don't need assault or tactics. Grab the stealth pool instead. At least you can put two more LoTG 7.5s with Stealth and Invisibility.

Don't get me wrong. I love PLing, farming, and IO'ing out my characters. I don't RP, i don't like telling anyone how to play there game. I just thought id say maybe those of us farmers out there can take a little more care in who we invite to our teams.
Last night i did a synapse TF on Freedom. A pretty well rounded team, balanced, and pretty fluent in terms of moving along at a good pace. Well, 8 people started, only 5 finished. We went down to 5 after about 45 mins. Players that were invited to a TF, who knew there were being invited to a TF that were going to be exemplared down to level 20, had no idea why they were getting no XP, and didn't even know the benefit of the task force commander accolade and 50 or so merits you get upon completion.
It's unbelievable what people get themselves into, with no regard for the team or task at hand.
I hate to blame AE, but it's hard not too.
So, all i am saying is....don't pl with the n00bs, they are probably leaching in your farms anyway.

The same thing happened with badge farmers when there were still badges to farm. And those arcs are still up, and they're probably also going to keep clogging up the search indefinitely.
I15 will not introduce a "not a farm" tag. The tag system assumes that people are using the MA for story purposes, so there is no tag that states that.
