No matter what the level they chose, people would complain - so they are obviously choosing the number they feel the fewest will complain about. Freeing up many names, but 'offending' as few possible Returnees as they can.

I like the different/alternate slotting options you give. It really is a 'Guide', and not just a 'Build'.

Here's a Clue for you - take that level 30 character and play this weekend, keep playing them until 35. Then, wait until !10 comes out, and PLAY IT.

However, don't ask that the Developers cater to *YOUR* whims, and pound out more low level 'content'. Low levels already have several 'tracks' they can take to the teens/mid-level. 35+ characters often get stuck with nothing to do.

Higher leels Require More Content, because you are in those levels for Longer Periods of Time. Level 1-10 takes a few HOURS. The devs can't cater to people who just want to play those levels.

Also - Please note - if you are bored by the mid to high level things you have seen so far, so only want to play the low levels - it won't get ANY better until you LET Them make new content for those higher levels.

To clarify:
Debuffs in a buffing power buff.
Buffs in a debuffing power debuff.
I have not verified recharge reduction as actually enhancing slow effect along with recharge. It does, however, seem to be the case. When preparing to slot it frequently lists a slow enhance instead of recharge reduction. I am certain there is a solid answer somewhere on that part. I also cannot see developer alteration of this as it, interestingly, opens doors for players that normally required higher raid attendance to work around , if you aren't a social trader.

To reply to the rest of your post - that is, by Castle's Definition, an Exploit. I will only post PROPER slotting, not "You can use this also because the game is broken".

There are a few remnants of previous entries that still refer to things like that, but I'm removing them when I have time to do so.
