Say, I like those quite a lot! Original and cool, with a very comic-book feel. Stormspider and Grey Scribe are terrific concepts, and Skorpios is hilarious. Excellent job on the others, as well.

I was going to say something similar. Lots of people do hobbies, and that's a good way to connect with others.

Although the dilemma isn't something I personally share, being an INTJ and all. The less contact I have with people, the better. When I saw Castaway, I thought, "Ah, solitude." Sure, I'd miss my wife, but I'd be hard-pressed to bring myself to get off the island.

True. You can also accomplish it by standing on something and having the camera be a little lower. The four corner pedestals under the globe in AP are good for that. In this picture of Hell Toupe I made use of a small glitch in the geometry to get him to stand on an invisible platform.

The best thing to do is make a demorecording, then you can alter everything as you see fit, including the camera position. Check out Zloth's guide, which will get you started.

I saw an interesting comic book/fantasy art drawing book in the bargain area and B&N the other day... and deuced if I can recall the name. It was also a kit with pencils and such, but the book part looked pretty good.

I like Guardienne's costume, nice and simple with an unusual combination of the basic costume pieces. I also like the name, a pun that's not on the humorous side.

And Vice! What a name score!

The top of the globe in Atlas might work. Since you can force the time of day, you can set it to look exactly how you like.

I'd think the easiest way to do it would be to put a toon atop the globe, then spin the camera around it, ensuring you're close enough to see the details. Then just sub in the other characters as you like.

She is monochromatic -- I was trying to emulate the mouse I have running around my house at the moment. I couldn't get the white belly part right with just Blend, but with the new costume parts (thanks Jay!) I'll give 'er another go.

The far right of Vix is the Savage tights pattern, and government glasses, which are new in I8. The second of Vix (from left) is the Justice armor (also seen on Ruby Fusion) and is from the GvE edition. (The Sinister pattern from GvE can be seen on the second costume for Sweet Cyanide.) Vix usually fights in costume 3.

I know the option exists for women in the Character Creation screen, because I saw it when making Yuletide Carol.

soo...brought AG over to virtue but really wishy washy on what I want him to be. given the look I keep thinking tank but no sword which is a part of his background. currently he's a scrap swd/reg....but finding it a little lacking. considered going swd/invuln scrap and then focus on the invuln side of the house and grab all the aggro grabbin tools I can but unsure how well that would work. I do know he would basically be kinda sucktacular till the low 20s though.

tank side...invuln is a given. (not a fan of any of the others...cant stand the looks, although fire would be next choice if I had to). secondary is the toughy. given no sword option (boooo) stuck with going either mace (current thought mainly cause it looks different and kinda cool looking). ax...not keen on this. SS....which would fit his heritage being an asgardian (vanir specifically) or EM...which I like but dont think it would fit terribly well for the concept.

tanks and scraps....I actually prefer the tank and think it would actually fit best here...kinda. to many arguements on both sides of the fence really and all are valid and within concept.

Personally, I like sword Scrappers. I have at least four, maybe five. Or is it six? Plus a few Katana Scrappers. I have one Axe and one Mace Tanker each, but for some reason they don't quite thrill me. I guess I keep expecting better damage from them. Having Build Up in both those sets helps, but not enough to wow me.

You could always go crazy and roll a fire Blaster and take the two sword options. That kind of fits in with the concept. Blappers aren't quite as fun as they used to be with the dreaded I5-I6 takedowns on defense and damage (:::shakes fist at sky::: Curse you, GDN and ED!) hurting both their durability and deathdealing, but in the right mindset they are nutso fun. (The "right mindset" mainly being willing to get all three debt badges by level 30.)

My Electric Blapper is loony fun. (He's Pazzo Piezo in my Alt Alphabet. "Pazzo" means "crazy" in Italian, fitting for a Blapper.) Try it, you might like it. Just a heads up, though: you WILL die a lot.
