Hey everybody,
happy 2007 with the newest RPVision pic of Square Woot and Blitzkrieg Bop. Enjoy!

Say, that's pretty nifty! I like it!

And if you wonder where I've been lately, it involves a poster with the highest number of CoH characters on it ever.

Add me! Add me!
...oops, sorry. I hate when it does that. -

ehehe, that's what she....

Oh, come on -- like I'm going to let one as easy as that get away! It was grey to me and I get a badge! -
I noticed it to (being a film school guy and all) but I just assumed it was part of the whole approach, spoofing MTV videos. Usually I dislike it when a film is too "on the nose" (like the Angry Angels videos -- talent aplenty but it's just dull when you know that you're going to see someone crying when the lyrics mention crying, or it's going to rain when the lyrics mention rain), but in this case it worked, because it was used to humorous effect.

My experience was that it only happened after I joined a team where it was happening to the leader already. Before that, whether alone or on a team, it was normal. (And I'd done the mission a good 20+ times on various alts.) It happened once the Winter Guard was defeated for the key, prior to anyone going into the cave.
-
So last night I was taking my latest alt through the Father Time missions, and the first couple were fine. Then I hooked up with a team where the leader was having some odd graphical glitch during the mission, as soon as Winter Guard was defeated and he got the key. It somehow affected me after that, as well. It was strange, but at the same time quite cool.

Ultra...? I'm sorry, sir, but the tryouts for super porn calendar are down the hall on your left. -
Very cool. For some reason, when I saw the earlier pencils, I was expecting Ace to be red. No idea why.

I like the Striking Speedster-as-guest-starring-on-the-Simpsons one.
-
That was fookin' sweet. One of the best music videos eh-ver. Nice nice, baby.

Well I'm gonna try it again. I had a great time with the last wip thread abd you guys were really supportive so I want to do another. Once again I have taken a reference shot of my tank here.
The thing is, this pic isnt going to be of my tank. It's of someone else's character who regularly browses these forums. Hopefully it will become clear who it is as the pic progresses. Until then...
It's a mystery!

Now that is a cool screenshot! -
I like Not Sure and MA/SR the best. Very cool street tough girls.

I feel funny. -
I used a pic that looks similar to the one shown, but all it will show on the final card is his feet. A second try with a different image resulted in a centered pic, but there was another hero in the background. When I went back to try it again with the exact same image, it was skewed all the way to the right.

Wow, they keep getting better and better.
-
While you've done a really good job with the tools we're given, bases still strike me as "meh." There's none of the wow factor of the character creator, and even the addition of skylights doesn't change the feeling of being in a dungeon.

You should be able to use Windows Movie Maker to do animation, just by using the "import pictures" function. Since it came with your computer, it's free. Ta-da!

Simply faboo! That is easily one of Bobby's best!

Once you get the hang of it -- which I haven't quite got, yet -- you can manipulate anything. Check out Sparky's demoedits as an example. They must be around here somewhere.
The two that I have handy at the moment are of some of the villains I and my SG made standing in AP under the globe: Villains. As you can see, you can add anything to it, as well as move the camera around. -

I updated the gallery with a newer version of the file. Brandon was kind enough to do some minor corrections and alter the colors a bit. He also cranked up the thermostat of the piece so it was a bit less chilly for some of the female characters. >.>

I'm there with you Mist. I have been feeling the same way of late. I just recently posted a journal entry on DA that is remarkably similar to what you have expressed here. I have never made friends easily because I am extraordinarily shy, and I don't interact with anyone outside of work or my family. In fact, I have a hard time even thinking of people as friends simply because I don't know that they feel the same about me. I live alone and I don't date, of course the fact that I am a huge SciFi/Comic/Video Game geek doesn't help. The only people I have to share my interests with are you folks here on the boards. (If you all would just give in and move to Ohio!
) Unfortunately, I don't have any answers for you but I want you to know that you are not alone in feeling this way. In fact you have made me feel a little better just by letting me know that I am not the only one experiencing this. Hang in there, we'll beat the blues.

Hey, I move away from Ohio because you never called, you never wrote. I was there 37 years and nothin'. Not a peep from you.
