I think people decide to sell them when they truly don't want the SG and have come to perceive it as a burden. I've seen several SG's go pretty cheap. I bought a VG on Infinity, fully equipped and with about 2.5 million prestige left over, for 80 million.

Promoting you to super leader rank would automatically demote him one step. As they say in Highlander, there can be only one (super leader).

Way to get leadership back:
1) He quits.
2) He promotes you to the position.
3) He stays offline long enough to be auto-demoted. Did you check to see if your rank can adjust the auto-demote? The minimum setting is 15 days.

Emphasis on the "Do it right" part. It's easy to screw something up, even with good instructions.

If someone is at all nervous about it, they should split the move into multiple smaller transactions. There is no extra fee per transaction. You get a 10% haircut whether it's one big transfer or 10 little ones. (No, I'm not actually suggesting 10 transactions. Three or four should be plenty.)

The respec trial only requires 4 on the team to start. If you get extra people, you can always ask if anyone from teams one and two want to join them to allow a third team.

Another concern, of course, is that you can get set bonuses. I have Icicles slotted with Scirocco's Dervish.

Most of the side missions work similarly. Only one person gets the credit toward the badge. In the weapons deal, clicking the glowie gets that one person the temp power and badge progress. In the 'stop the sewer bombing', whoever clicks the LAST bomb gets badge credit. Same with the arson.

I have to disagree on this. When I'm playing a kin on a team of 8, I do not try to keep everyone SB'ed. It's just too tedious. I prioritize anyone having END problems (I have about 95% endmod enhancement on it) and the highest damage-dealers.

Concentrating on keeping EVERYONE SB'ed means I'm spending less time doing other stuff. The control and damage I can dish out are massive.

With Hasten and Siphon Speed, your END recovery will simply not be even close to the rate at which you are spending it.
And then, you will get Transference. *BAM* Full blue bar. It's quite similar to Transfusion, but 'heals' the blue bar instead of the green one.

hm.. I don't think we've ever had anyone younger than 14 in the SG. We have a retired grandma who plays with her adult son, another mother who has a toon level-pacted with her son, married couples - so plenty of people who would go out of their way to explain stuff and be helpful. Also, we have our own global channel and a decent coalition (including a much larger SG that happens to be run by a young girl - though not THAT young ).

However, we're kind of a ghost town some nights and then get big crowds for task forces and trials and I'm guessing she would have neither the patience nor the inclination to sit through a task force.
